If I knew that oral sex was involved in my college decision that would have greatly influenced where I decided to go, not gonna lie.

You mean oral didn't play a part in where you decided to go to school?????

Two members of the Irish who were unable to participate in contact drills during spring football are back on their way to full health.

Fifth-year senior middle linebacker Joe Schmidt (ankle), and defensive tackle Jarron Jones (Lisfranc injury) are both expected to be fully fit in time for fall camp in August.

“I’m really pleased (about their progression),” Kelly said. “I talked to (strength and conditioning coach) Paul Longo this morning. He was happy with both those guys. In particular he pointed out Jarron Jones and the way he ran his 350s.

“He has not backed out of any of the 350 work which is high level stuff for right now for him. Sometimes you worry about force against the ground with the Lisfranc. Has not missed one 350, so that’s great news for us.”

What's a "350"?

350s are laps around field. We also called them 4 corners. When we did them you had a partner. One would be at a corner doing some sort of exercise (push ups, sit-ups, up-downs, etc.) while the other did the lap, then you switched. Usually they were on groups. O skill, d skill, o line, d line. Coach would usually say how many stations needed to be successfully completed. Let's say 4, one for each corner. If your group didn't meet a time you added a station on.

Didn't you go to an all boys university?

:jump:

Yeah, it was hell. Because I always was a lesbian trapped in a mans body . . .

(Especially with my dual major in language arts and philosophy. I always wanted to be a cunning linguist.)

First look at some of the '15 class.

If Malik stays healthy and the defensive depth shows up this year...

Notre Dame will still probably lose to Temple, Pitt, or Wake Forest.*

*And by that, I mean the sky is the limit and ND will actually go 12-0, but I refuse to be that much of a homer at this point. Too early in the offseason still.

"(Smith) is a legit sideline-to-sideline guy and twice the athlete Te'o was," said one coach who played the Irish last season and was wowed by Smith. "He looks like an SEC linebacker."

EXACTLY. That " He's an SEC blah, blah" talk needs to GTFO.

There is one concern going forward for the next 2-3 years. We need some stud DE's to come in that can play right away and make an impact. Right now we have depth everywhere else, safety is a little iffy but I think we will do well in this class there.

While I agree, I want to reiterate that Trumbetti very well may be that guy. People keep forgetting about him, which is crazy, since I think he could have a fantastic season this year. He was a blue chip recruit that has shown early that he play on a high level. He could easily have a breakout season.

If he does... College football betta' watch out!
