McCarthy...God bless
it was me just poking fun at you because it was an espn writer...you work at espn....and the surfing the net thing was just a ha ha jab because of you posting you wanted me to take down a non nude girl photo and wooly harassing you about getting off the forum at work...NONE of this was mean spirited ...all in fun....i don't ever recall 1x in my life of posting here i have ever meant anything to be rude towards someone
Doesn't everyone post from work?

COMPLETELY off topic but it drives me nuts that he (and other professional WRITERS) butchered the use of the word "cache." A "cache" is a hidden store of something, such as weapons or treasure. "Cachet" is the correct word when talking about the perceived prestige of FSU's ACC schedule, e.g. "a Rolex watch adds a certain cachet to his appearance."
You bring tears to my eyes, Mr.Wizard. My only complaint is that you used the past tense of "butcher." The butchery, sadly, is somewhat pervasive and ongoing.
Oh, and do I need to repeat my lesson vis-à-vis
your vs you're vs yore???
I will eagerly await that lesson. I will not anxiously await it.

No, most of us are unemployed.
My thoughts and prayers for Kyle and his family. Kick cancers butt, Kyle!
It will me....I am mentally preparing to watch the Irish get crushed in this game. I know I know, I'm being a negative Nelly but considering I will be there surrounded by FSU fans I need to not get my hopes up.
Yeah, you can't find jobs anywhere. Unless you're willing to work 40 hours a week.
I live and work in the Michigan. I have no clue what our unemployment rate is now, but I believe it has set some records in the last few years. However within a stones throw of where I live there are 100+ open manufacturing positions that most can't pass a drug test for, and the rest refuse to actually work. It's pathetic.
I have this argument all the time. Drives me crazy. And the worst part is half of the people that have those 20 dollar a hour jobs you speak of are only worth 3.I have worked with a lot of manufacturing companies over the last few years from Michiana all the way to Maine. This is a recurring theme. I hate hearing people talking about there not being jobs. I know tons of companies in my area that will train anyone with work ethic (i.e. will show up for freaking work) and pay them over $20 an hour once they are trained. If someone is willing to run a CNC machine, weld or simply get their hands dirty... then there are jobs in spades all over the country.
Pathetic is an understatement.
Remember Oklahoma in Norman...

Looks like Charlie Fiessenger, Tyler Plantz and Connor Cavalaris all received scholarships today.
Congrats to them!

Pffft. "This year"? They've consistently been a weapon in recent years:
