-20s windchill in the twin cities yesterday… plus more snow already this year than all of last year. Brutal!!
It was gettin' chilly here for sure. I took my dog to the park and she was only good for 30 minutes...she let me know it was time to go...lol

Been in the 60s and sunny in Colorado the last week. So glad I moved out of the Midwest after seeing all these posts

Hopefully this stretch ends up being our worst one of the meteorological winter season. Would have enjoyed ice fishing during Xmas break but over it since that was the best opportunity

I know I'm in the major minority, but I'll take this weather over the 90+ degrees summer BS all day, every day.

I have a Siberian Husky and there is literally nothing I can do about getting her out for that type of weather. People think I'm crazy but I can still bundle up and get her out in this stuff.

I feel like we missed Fall completely this year in the Midwest. It was like 80+ degrees in early-mid October and then it just got cold.

Im with you. I can always put more clothes on to stay warm....can only take so much off and stay legal. Nothing worse than fishing with sweat dripping off you.

Dog just sits at the back door and whines bc he’s too big of a puss to shit in the cold/snow. It’s driving me nuts.

I'm on your side with this. I'm very hot natured. I hate hot weather. I feel like I'm about to have a heat stroke. Give me cold weather any day over stewing in my own juices.

Holy shit - just saw the forecast for this weekend. 20" of snow with half an inch of ice thrown on top. If we get half of that entire area will be homebound for a week.

I was just reading up about the upcoming storm. There's a chance of everything from San Antonio all the way east through the Carolinas and Virginia being impacted. We are only expected to get freezing rain here in Central Texas as of now, but that'll still shut the city down for days.

It's been amazing in West Texas,... I'll take 55 during the day and 30s at night all year long over 105 plus in the summer, and maybe if you're lucky, seeing some high 80s at night, screw that noise sideways... my wife and I have been leaving the windows open at night all December to now, and it's been terrific.

The biggest "oh my lord" moment I had moving to Texas was certain weather dynamics I only saw in movies before I moved here... like Monsoons,... like LEGIT Monsoons where you go from totally dry to pretty much trapped inside flooded in under ten minutes... OR even better, this past summer I took a video for friends and family back in Cali, it was 95 degrees out, and it was hailing.... 95 degrees, and ice was falling from the damn sky... I still can't wrap So Cal my mind around that.

Weather gets crazy here. I'm with you though, it's been downright nice for most of the last month. It's the only time of the year I can consistently leave my windows open

I just took a cruise out of Galveston, Texas. Besides the wind, it was not bad.

I'm in Montana and we haven't really had a winter yet. Only a few days below freezing, only one significant snowfall (about 4"), but some unreal wind just before Christmas. Otherwise, it's usually been in the 40s and even 50s. Odd for Montana in January. There's actually still some green grass here and there.

We will probably hit 60 degrees on Thursday and get a mountain of snow Saturday/Sunday. 3-4 inches on Saturday evening leading into 17-20 inches on Sunday. Not much above freezing for 4-5 days after that with lows in the teens. We will be shut down for a week if that happens.

I am so over winter already. Sunday 8:00PM Indy 21, Barrow AK 20. It wouldn't be too bad if there wasn't any wind, but it seems it's blowing all day and night.

8 degrees and we have had 10 inches of snow the last few days and on top of that a massive 100 + car pile up on the highway I drive every day. Good times

-12 degrees with no snow. More than likely to be staring at patchy ground over the weekend while the mid-south gets a snow bomb.
Doesn’t get much more depressing than that.
2-3 inches tonight that may stick around I guess…

Getting down to 6 degrees tonight, feels like 14 right now with wind chill. I know it's worse elsewhere, and we're only expected to get 2-4 inches the next few days, but I'm ready to move the fuck to Florida. I've never cared for the cold weather.
