Where are the idiots who wanted to recruit more "criminals"? LOL
I don't want one or two dudes to take the fall. I want anyone involved, if this is as bad as it seems right now, gone.So any chance that one kid steps up and takes the hit on the weed and gun?
How can three people get charged for a single gun? Doesn't make sense.
I'm hoping that this results in one or two kids getting whacked.
Max looks stoned, dude in the top left actually looks disappointed, the rest look like 'oh well'Butler will be dismissed I am assuming... Fighting a Cop could be a felony...

Owned, possibly. Legally allowed to transport, unlikely. Legally allowed to possess with drugs, no.Is there a legal issue if the gun was legally owned?
Yes because you can't be in possession of a weapon and drugs at the same time. Depending on how much weed that automatically becomes a felony.
Guns are not illegal.
Soon, neither will be pot.
Fuck this bullshit.
I feel awful for what Kelly and the staff now has to go through.
Well, they are when you don't have a license

What the hell do 5 college students need a gun for? The pot is whatever but cmon have more fucking sense than that.
Also can we talk about a cop pulling them over for doing 73 in a 60? That's a little ridiculous in itself.

Jesus, can we at least wait for the facts? It's quite possible that some of these guys simply were in the car. If every school kicked out every kid that got busted for burning a J, then most schools would be dismissing kids every season. The kid with the gun? i'm assuming it was unregistered, which I'm fine with dismissing that kid. The rest of these guys very well may have been just going on a smoke cruise. Suspend them from the team for the season, don't kick them off the freaking team.
Wouldn't it depend on who had the gun and who had the weed? (I never thought I would type that sentence on a ND football forum lol).
Hypothetically, lets say Ashton White had the gun and Max had the weed. That wouldn't be a felony would it?
I just want to know who the moron with the gun is. And If the 4 other idiots knew he had a gun. The pot is dumb but doesn't bother me a Ton. The presence of a gun takes it to a whole new level of retard.
Hate to be that guy but a little glaring that 3 out of the 5 arrested are from FL. Actually most surprised in Stepherson. Seems like a straight edge kid.
Gun wasn't concealed.
A gun under your couch isn't either.
A vehicle is by law, an extension of your home.
Just 2 A enemies working their agenda.
You don't think, just maybe, Kelly deserves a tiny bit of the blame for recruiting some of these guys over the years? Or, maybe his approach to discipline could use improvement? Not seeing the victim angle
