I doubt the cop was even passed. ISP just sits in the medians and just waits, especially on 31. Like someone said earlier, I'm thinking the broken tail light is what got them pulled over; if I'm a cop and I see someone going 13 over at the early hours of the morning and the roads are empty I'm probably letting them go lol

The way it was explained on TOS is that the gun was in the back with 3 passengers. They all area charged initially, but once it's determined who was actually in possession, the extra charges will be dropped from the two others.

I guess to me, I don't care about how good they are. I want players being treated even if they suck (Redfield), or supposed to be your best player (Michael Floyd)... Weed, suspend them... drinking, suspend them, fighting women (Butler) kick him out, illegal loaded gun (Kick out the owner of it)

My best guess is that they are not quite 21 and not quite eligible for a concealed carry permit. Odds are pretty good that this isn't a "legal" possession of a firearm by either age or permit. Loaded/unloaded shouldn't matter in this case.
