"Numbers: Michigan now 4-8 in last 12 games, outscored by 50 points in first half of 8 losses"

Thus far, I'm enjoying Michigan's season more than ours.

Not 100% sure this is real, but if so... WOW.

Was just going to post that, I hope it's real because that's awesome. Skipped Groupon altogether.

Wouldn't be shocked if real. They will try anything to get people to show up so the Big Empty House has over 100,000 in attendance regardless of how or who they convince to fill the stadium. My only question is who authorizes something so embarrassing like this?

Back in the mid-1980s, southern cal had to resort to similar tactics to get people go to some of their home games.

Brandon has to be fired along with Hoke right?

Makes no sense to hire a coach and then fire the AD a year later. Might as well hire a new AD and then have him pick the new coach... although I guess the timing of that would be tough.

I mean, even now, how many times has ND/USC sold out in LA... I know it did in 88... but aside from that??

That's wonderful. I can't wait to see how low tickets sell on the open market for that game. I mean, you pick them up for $3 and then you sell them for $10 each on Stubhub. You just made $17 and you don't have to watch Michigan play.

I hope they do something similar for the IU game because I would like to go to the Big House.

Best part: Most people will say, "Uhhhh no thanks. I just wanted a Coke..."

*Season ticket holders better go balls out apes-hit over this.

if this contained cartons of ciggarettes and baby formula combo deal's then they might get more sales

It made the Mike and Mike show. Seems to be true. 2 cokes get some tix for free. Something about coke buying a block of tickets to give away and that's how they decided to do it

Michigan is about at rock bottom right now. It'll reach that if some of the players find their way into the news and/or the team completely gives up. If we don't have Asmar Bilal after the Stanford visit, IDK what's wrong with the kid, lol.

With this home schedule it isn't going to get any better either. I'm looking forward to seeing "The Big House" 3/4 full at kickoff for the rest of the year.

Love it. Emphatically stated in the comments section, "We will get a Harbaugh or Les Miles"

"The only reason they didn't get the job before is because our AD never called them back" LOL. Two of the more successful coaches in college football weren't called back because the AD had to make sure he had Hoke locked up from SDSU?

Delusion is fun.

From what I read there is some truth in that. Miles was ready to accept the job but the SCUM AD was in Florida on vacation at the time with no cell phone. You couldn't make it up.

This book explains it all very well: Three and Out: Rich Rodriguez and the Michigan Wolverines in the Crucible of College Football: John U. Bacon: 8580001094632: Amazon.com: Books

A total farce.

They haven't hit rock bottom yet.

Rock bottom is 3-9, winning only one home game and losing to your three biggest rivals by a combined score of 107-14.

They are on their way, but they are not at rock bottom yet.

Look for Brandon to be fired first. While he has made a boat load of money for the program and the school he has smashed fan loyalty to bits. Hoke is Brandons guy. And don't believe for a second that Miles and Harbaugh weren't contacted. And don't believe for a second that they'll be interested in round 2. You don't win a lot of games in the NFL and come back to college. There is just too much demand for good coaches. And you don't leave LSU to go to a school where everything is monitored closely. Your kids have to play "school" and you can't oversign and greyshirt with reckless abandon.

Right no Michigan is in either the Willingham stage or Weis stage. Their next hire determines whether they are a tire fire for the next 5+ years or you land a program builder.

IMO they should have kept RichRod, his record was trending upwards. We'll see how far another "Michigan Man" goes. Which is laughable, because Schembechler was from Ohio.
