They are in a really bad spot. I’ll give Elston and others credit in that I’m sure some of their 3 stars are good evals and will absolutely work out with good coaching. The biggest thing I’ve seen though is they seem to have little or no dog in a head to head fight. Right now if it’s a true battle of a recruitment, they are almost always losing.
