Elston is also the recruiting coordinator. I don't know if that matters or not when a kid commits though?

I got excited when I saw the 6-8 reports too but I'll bet it's 6-6.5. I mean, he self reports at 6-6 on Hudl. Would be interesting to see him next to Lugg and Bars.

Am I less excited? No. It's just not as unique... which is meaningless. I'd rather have a constant line of 6-5 Ronnie Stanley's than 6-8 Sam Young's. If they are taking 5 OL's I'm not worried about the next OT to commit. I'm only worried about Foster Sarell seeing a roster to his liking. If Sarell goes to Stanford or Washington, I'd be thrilled with back to back OT hauls of Kraemer, Eichenberg, Lugg, Beach and some swing guys who baring a catastrophic string of injuries will only play guard.

And fyi, going into your senior year chances are you are done growing in height.

Beach reminds me a little bit of McGlinchey in terms of size. Wonder if he's as athletic as McGlinchey. I have no idea how to watch O line tape and tell you what a 5* looks like compared to a 3* so I'll let someomne else do that

Quick tip:

Usually at the beginning of the tape, they put the kid's name, location, position and number of stars. Easily the best way to tell.
