It's not debatable that it is legally sexual assault. The debate would be over whether the seriousness of the one crime is so different than the seriousness of the other that lumping them under one category is both misleading and unfair to the accused.

Its kind of like whether ever bit of nudity in every movie should be labeled pornography, because ultimately a woman is being aced to take off her clothes in connection with film sales (or something like that). Whatever the US Code says about the issue, doesn't end the debate.

I was watching espn the other day and someone whose name I can not recall at the moment said Wimbush reminds him of T. Boyd from Clemson. I know Wimbush hasn't played a down yet but does anyone else see the comparisons?

Wimbush is listed at 6'1" on the ND roster.

Did we ever confirm that Ronnie Stanley denied being a captain? I just remembered that anecdote and realize now we have hints at ND smoke. Just wondering if I should be worried, please tell me no. Please say that is a stupid thing to even insinuate and I'll just move on.
