Bad vert (in comparison) of 36. Tied for 21st.
Tied for 19th on the BJ too.

Not to far off from Baker and Murphy though.

I've yet to see a CB use the broad jump when covering a guy.

He joins Todd Lyght and Stacy Toran in a very exclusive club.

JL goes down as one of my all time faves, no doubt. So many big plays. PBU machine.

I was in attendance for his two pick-sixes in '17. @ MSU, game changing play early on in the 1st. Irish struck first with a TD on 0...turned around to make it 14-0 when he jumped the route beautifully on a 3rd and long pass play the very next series.

Then he did it again in October at home against a 6-1, top 15 NC St team. He was returning it towards our endzone and I remember our section going nuts as we saw the return lanes open up.

One of the tall time greats. And truly, truly a RKG all-timer as well. Wish him nothing but the best as he achieves his NFL dream.

No love for Bobby Taylor...

I'll miss Julian love so much next season for the Irish. He will do great things in the NFL I believe.

Good catch.

We're all going to miss Julian. He's going to do quite well at the next level.

Love got a shoutout from PFF as the "most underrated player" on the Giants https://www.pff.com/news/nfl-most-underrated-player-on-all-32-nfl-teams-ahead-of-the-2020-nfl-season

The Giants’ secondary has some definite question marks with DeAndre Baker facing possible legal trouble and an unproven group at cornerback behind free agent acquisition James Bradberry. But Julian Love is someone they should feel pretty good about after a promising start to his NFL career as a rookie last season. Love is a guy who graded extremely well at the college ranks as an outside cornerback for the Fighting Irish, earning coverage grades of 83.7 and 90.9 during his final two seasons with Notre Dame. Love followed that up by coming away from the 2019 season with an encouraging 70.5 overall grade despite being a 21-year-old rookie playing a new position. Whether he remains at safety or moves back to cornerback to potentially fill in for Baker outside, Love is a player to watch as he enters his second season.

Kid is just a baller. Giants absolutely stole him in the 4th round. I really thought he would have been a day 2 pick.

Really wanted da Bears to pick him up. I was sure that Julian was gonna be good after seeing him in person at the ND/Army game back in '16. Some guys just bring it every play, like Alohi and Julian was that guy on a bad team in a bad season. Dude got robbed from the Army All American game back in HS, IIRC.

Wasn't that the fan voting situation where that other players school clearly had a bot programed to vote?

Yup, BC. People were on here saying that it's just that the other kid had more fans, but I was up at 4AM for work once noticing that his votes reliably went up by 1 as quickly as a page could refresh. I believe they even got caught doing it once and turned it back on later.

It's really easy to do. It's all in the web browser, Opera.

Good stuff.
Did he play well last season?
I thought this may be a cutting.

Julian is a slept on legend at ND. Intense work ethic and determination.
I agree. I know I am getting a bit older when I remember the debate about him even getting offered. Took an impressive work out for the staff to finally extend a scholarship. These are the stories that I love the most. Congrats, Julian.

damn! He's played well enough to earn PB consideration? Had no clue since I almost never watch NFL.

I've watched pretty much every Giants game (because I enjoy pain) and he's been arguably their best player on the defense outside their DL. My one qualm with him is he's sometimes out of position, but he's always making plays when they matter, especially in the red zone.

Yeah, this is just dogshit coming from a player whose NYG team has been getting beaten by Philly for the past decade.

1) Let's remember the Eagles are two seasons removed from being 4-11-1 and a ton of players on this year's team were on that team.

2) Siriani played a big part in Jalen Hurts' growth. Getting AJ Brown helps a ton, too.

3) Eagles have a stacked roster, but also aging on OL and DL and have this very small window before Hurts gets paid big money. This isn't a guaranteed dynasty for the next 5-10 years.

4) After what he's seen in the past few years with the Gmen, I bet Julian would take a pay cut to play for the Eagles.
