What have loved to have him at ND. Never know if he would've succeeded at ND, sometimes if you surround a kid with successful people it rubs off on him.

Couldn't agree more, I wish we had a better idea what happened with him and ND. Unless his academics were as bad as they said. I mean his recruitment was rocky but ND fans gave this kid a lot of heat for looking around when he was committed. There is no doubt he wanted to go to ND and he worked his butt off in the classroom to try to get in. So he had to look for backup options. I mean it seems like it worked out for Isiah because he is being used in Georgia's offense and special teams perfectly. Still wish he ended up at ND but I will be rooting for him moving forward.
He could not get into ND. Period.
Nothing to see here....
Nothing to see expect awesome punt returns. Sigh

Dang people are touchy about this. I will never again post a cool play by a player we recruited. Mea culpa

My goodness do you love going out of your way to argue every single one of my posts. As usual I'm wrong and you are right.
Period, time to move on and there is nothing to see here
Yawn!
Yawn!
Are you bored, Bogs?
Only with the shiitspam that people want to argue about, that we can not do a GD thing about! Who cares? I once had a friend that bought the lottery ticket with the right numbers the drawing before it was picked. I also had a friend that got stuck in AZ all weekend, when he was going to come to visit. P.O.'ed on Monday morning he watched the news, and saw the fiery crash in Detroit. Checked his stubs, and realized he would have been on that plane out if he had come. Lucky him.
There are things you can and things you cannot do anything about. Sitting around arguing about how many angels can dance on the head of a pin, while a third of the world is dying of starvation, disease, and war is ludicrous. So is a passel of "could be's" or arguments about who would win between two hypothetical things or situations. See the movie "Stand By Me," to find out who would win in a fight between Mighty Mouse and Superman. It was so funny because it (even) sounded childish with 12-year-olds.
I understand the sentiment, but I don't see anything wrong with discussing/debating an electric playmaker that at one point considered ND. Where else can those interested do that, if not here?

We should cheer for all these players, whether they pick our school or not. Not knowing much about him, other than the events surrounding his recruitment, he seems to be adjusting well and hopefully taking advantage of his time in college to better himself one day.
I think where this derailed was my fault and based on my expressed disinterest of IM showing out one time against a completely inferior opponent. My beef is not with IM (in fact I hope for the best for him), merely the fact that his "electric" feats were against a team UGA has no rational business playing. Troy might as well have been a high school team.
I bet you'd be singing his praises if he played for ND and did it against Rice haha
I don't think he was arguing you. You asked what happened, and he supplied a simple answer.
Just ran back opening kickoff versus UK for a 90 yd TD.
For anyone who wants to be doom and gloom about it, I'm pretty sure Rees could've run that back. He literally ran in a straight line. Terrible coverage.
