The fact that he’s “even more confident now,” despite nothing changing other than Loy’s update, just sounds like a response a child would make.

Nothing has happened for him to be “even more confident” than he was this morning. Loy did a pro-ND update, so all of a sudden Drumm is even more confident than he was an hour before?

Kid probably isn’t going to ND, but nothing happened in the hour between Drumm’s & Loy’s update. He is just acting like a kid who has to respond.
