Last time we were in this position an intern put out a memo too soon and caused a lot of issues with us stealing the thunder of a recruit that turned out very bad for us. Let's hope we do a better job this time.

Few things from Land of Thieves board:

- Austin Kendall (QB Commit) tweeted "make it official!" to Caleb yesterday.
- They still seem fairly confident.
- One poster made the following post re: their recent LB offer:

currently, we have at least 2, but probably 3 LBer spots still open. Theyd take Kelly, Mark Jackson, Bosse (although think that ship has kinda sailed). plus Kapri Doucet. plus add in the fact that Pernell Jefferson is almost certainly not coming to OU by our chioce.

a late offer to another LBer could mean any number of things. it could be related to Kelly, or it could be related to lots of other guys. or it could just be a backup plan at this point

That being said, i'm not convinced that the LoT board is filled with sophisticated posters. Some of their comments are just factually incorrect and none of them seem to be "in the know". They seem to believe that they have been the strong leader his entire recruitment and one poster even claimed that they have been " in the lead for so long with him I feel he's already on campus...if we lose him late to ND...meltdown time."
