Agreed. Not saying Loy is lying, but I just think his sources are wrong or inaccurate here. NO ONE else is saying he is qualified or a take for ND right now - in fact just the opposite.

I think Loy is a real good guy, and has been working really hard, but sometimes his sources are putting him in the best situations. He basically called Dickerson a liar and then backtracked real hard yesterday, and Christian on ISD basically put him on blast in the Intel without mentioning names by saying that he kid definitely didn't lie to the staff at all.

Been a rough week for ND and an even rougher week for Loy seems like everything he has reported the last two days ends up going the opposite direction.

Just told Jake that he 'decommitted' from ND and will take his OVs. Said he wasn't sure if ND was getting a visit or not yet. Jake doesn't think he is fully qualified for ND yet.

One thing to keep in mind is that he has already taken lengthy visit to ND, hasn't he? He probably feels that there isn't much point in OVing to ND when he already knows so much about it. There aren't a lot of weekends left and he may want to get more visits in.

Wasn't there a report about a month ago (when things looks really bad for IM to qualify) that there hasn't been much if any contact between IM and the staff? Maybe out staff kind of gave up on him? Can't really blame him for looking around if that was the case.
