Too early to tell because I don't know who our hire is going to be.... and I think there is always a solid chance Franklin leaves for another job once the dominoes start getting crazy...

Not even Yeargin? I haven't seen any quotes from him, but I saw people on twitter saying don't be surprised if he looks elsewhere.

Are those people on Twitter in position to know anything or are they just speculating because he's the only commit who's visited somewhere else?

He said specifically he was visiting Clemson to have a backup plan in case there were coaching changes.

Not really.

One interesting tidbit that is new: Steve got the feel at the Core 6 banquet that Morgan is leaning ND. Morgan did not attend but obviously a lot of people he knows and trains with did, and Steve got an ND vibe about Morgan.

Basically, Steve still likes ND. BK has personally taken over this recruitment, and he and Morgan have a strong relationship. Morgan understands that the coordinators left for head coaching jobs, so he won't see people leaving as a red flag (quite the opposite if anything), and he likes other things about ND, like the non-football people, the proximity to home, the academics, and the possibility of early playing time.

Nice! Morgan gets it. When coaches leave to be the man at another school, it is a good thing.

Definitely like it when a teenager understands what's going on. I like that BK is taking control of the situation. Shows Morgan how important he is to us.

Not visiting Vandy. Taking the ACT Saturday morning I believe. Franklin will be in-home Saturday afternoon/evening.

Really hoping he comes for the awards ceremony tonight.

It's been cold in Canada this past few days. My brother was in Nunavut for work this week. It must have been the same weather up there too. Damn it's cold.
