June 16
9:02 p.m.: Hernandez texts a friend out of state saying "please make it back"

9:05: Hernandez texts Lloyd that he wants to get together

9:35: Hernandez texts a friend in Connecticut that says "get your *** up here"

10:23: Hernandez texts the same friend, "Hurry your *** up"
McCauley indicated that Hernandez recently had 14 surveillance cameras installed in his home. Video from the cameras show two men arriving at Hernandez's home in North Attelboro. Later footage shows Hernandez with a firearm. At one point, Hernandez says to one of the men that he "can't trust anyone anymore," according to McCauley.

June 17
1:12 a.m.: The three men depart Hernandez's home in a silver Nissan Altima, according to surveillance video, cell phone towers and cell phone records.
Cell towers track their movement south on Interstate-95. At some point, they turn around, then head north before stopping at a gas station on Route 128.

2:10: Hernandez buys gas, a pack of Bubblicious gum, and rolling papers.

2:32: The silver Altima arrives at Lloyd's house. Hernandez sends a text message: "We're here."
Lloyd's sister watches Odin Lloyd leave the house and get into the silver Altima. Neighborhood surveillance video shows Hernandez arriving in the neighborhood, as well.
Surveillance video tracks the car around Boston.
McCauley explains that during ride back toward North Attelboro, Hernandez tells Lloyd that when they were at a club, Rumors, the previous Friday night, "certain things upset him," including Lloyd talking to some people Hernandez had "troubles" with. McCauley did not indicate how he obtained this information.
Prosecution says the text indicates the "temperature" in the car"

3:07: Lloyd texts his sister, "Did you see who I was with?"
McCauley suggests that this indicates the "temperature" in the car.
Lloyd does not receive a response.

3:11: Lloyd texts his sister again, "Hello"

3:19: Lloyd's sister responds, "My phone was dead. Who?"

3:22: Lloyd responds, "NFL"

3:23: Lloyd: "Just so you know"
By this point, the four men inside the silver Altima have gotten off I-95 on Route 152, near Hernandez's home, McCauley says records show.

3:23 a.m.: McCauley says surveillance video shows the Altima at a fork in the road. McCauley indicates that one way leads to Hernandez's home, the other down a gravel road where Lloyd's body would later be found. Video shows Hernandez's car going down the gravel road behind a group of industrial buildings.

3:23-3:27: People working the overnight in the industrial park hear gunshots.

3:27: Silver Altima is viewed coming out of gravel road.

3:29: Video at Hernandez's home shows the silver Altima pulling into his driveway.
McCauley states that the distance between where Lloyd's body was found and Hernandez's home is a 2-minute drive.

The crime scene:
• According to McCauley, police found five shell casings – three at Lloyd's feet, two some distance away.
• An autopsy showed two wounds to the chest – one near the left nipple, the other near the right nipple.
• Lloyd did not appear to be robbed, as he still had his wallet, phone and keys.
McCauley explained that Hernandez returned the Altima to a rental car agency, with the driver's-side mirror missing. A worker at rental agency discovered a shell casing under the driver's seat, next to a Bubblicious wrapper. The shell casing and the gum wrapper were tossed into a garbage bin, where police later found.
After McCauley finished, Hernandez's defense team requested their client be granted bail based on the prosecution's reliance on circumstantial evidence. "It is at bottom a circumstantial case," Hernandez's attorney Michael Fee told the court. "It is not a strong case." Bail was denied and Hernandez, who stood expressionless through most of the arraignment, remained in custody.

Looks like Urban was right. He would either end up in the HoF or prison.

Does Massachusetts have the death penalty? Not to spark another debate, but if what he allegedly did is true in executing Lloyd, that could definitely be grounds for it.

Hernandez is a thug. And I'm disappointed in Cierre. He just sat through the rookie seminars where Pacman spoke about what not to do in the NFL. Cierre should know murder is a no-no. Disappointed.

I think Cierre was just promoting "innocent until proven guilty" but in a less eloquent way. That being said, I think there is a substantial amount of evidence against Hernandez.

I don't believe I've seen the names of the other two listed anywhere. I did read earlier that police executed a fugitive arrest warrant in the same area. The name of the person wasn't released, nor was the reason for their arrest. Hard to tell if it was connected at all.

It sure is...I've been holding off on having an opinion until some more facts came out, not because I'm a Patriots fan (I never really cared for Hernandez to be honest), but because I think people are too quick to convict in the court of public opinion. However, as you said, that's pretty damning evidence.

Its been reported in many articles that Hernandez took issue with the victim when they were at a club and the victim was conversing with someone Hernandez had a prior issue with. But for that to turn into what is being presented as a premeditated murder, seems there are things missing.

I thought I read the victim was talking to some guys at the club that Hernandez had beef with, but I really don't know. I'm on vacation and haven't listened to Boston sports talk radio all week.

Edit: Insanity beat me to it. Most of my info has come from reading this thread.

My bet is that they have one or both of these other guys already, and that they have already turned over on Hernandez. The police know way too much detail, at least what was released, to not have inside information.

I laugh at Hernandez' attorney who calls the whole thing circumstantial. They know the last person the victim was seen with. They have video of the car driving into the industrial park. They have people who worked in the park that heard gun shots between point of entry and exit into the park.

They have Hernandez own surveillance tapes at his house and damning text messages to his sister. His tapes show him walking throughout the house with a gun in hand.

They know that the victim was shot 3 times allegedly by Hernandez, and then twice more as he stood over the victim.

Too much info for assumptions.

Except for the part about how the cops know certain details. The details and all the video evidence and text messages will link the case not favorably for Hernandez.

For the ones talking about Wood he responded to someone later saying he doesn't support the "Free Hernandez" motto after the evidence has come out.

FWIW the picture I linked earlier to Hernandez holding a glock in a mirror pic of himself is said to be when he was 19... At UF.

Between that quote and the confrontation I just saw with Meyer and the reporter, WTF?

This guy brags about going to church and communion every day?



Second: The whole SEC is a corrupt cesspool of human miscreants angling to make the big-bucks and win football games. Pardon poor reporters for the pustulence pouring out like it was pressurized. Holy Crap, man! This kid shot someone in the head when he was in college and it got swept under the rug to win more football games! Players failing 10 drug tests? 31 arrests out of 85 scholarship players per year for five years? If they find a former Nazi death camp administrator on the equipment staff of a SEC school I wouldn't be surprised. And then urban defends this pos like he was his son, just because a reporter quotes him [AU]correctly[/U]!

And most importantly. As you look around at these kids that win the rings, and everyone seeks to play for them, (As someone noted, 28 NFL players have been arrested since the Superbowl), don't wonder why the Irish Staff has a hard time getting certain players. Celebrate that they get enough good players to win!
