Yep... been frustrating to watch... it negates our teams greatest offensive strength...
smdh ....lol
Portugal up 1-0 on Ghana. HUGE.
ha... what did I say?
Omar... our greatest offensive strength... Now that I think about it, you most likely meant that set pieces are out greatest strength in general. My bad.![]()
I've loved watching him in this World Cup. Physical, hard-working, but skilled and experienced. This guy's played Champions League football in his career. A guy like that is invaluable for us.
IMO Jones has been the best player on the US since he joined the squad. There's a reason why he's played top grade in Europe his whole career.
There's an economics articles about collusion in sumo wrestling that ties happen all the time when one wrestler will advance and the other needs a win. Wouldn't be surprised at all.
As a player i always hated how you can win a ball cleanly with a slide, but if your cleats are showing just a bit it can go the other way. Bradley won that ball cleanly, yet now he is one tackle away from a yellow card now.
Its extremely hard to consciously go into a tackle at full speed and keep your spikes perfectly down. It's pretty much impossible.
Could you please explain why this matters? I'm a bit confused on the system.
Ghana and Germany both scored, all it takes is one more score from Ghana to put them ahead.
Everything I read leading up had us advancing with one goal win by Ghana and one gaol loss by us????
So we're 1 Ghana goal away from not advancing. Great.
