He does seem to be the most likely at the moment. Hopefully he decides not to drag the process out and commits shortly after his Stanford visit. Either way, I think he ends up Irish eventually.
He's also visiting Stanford next week. If he comes away from that with ND still as his leader, he could pop.

I'm a little behind on my stuff but I believe yesterday Loy said that he doesn't expect Mckenzie to actually decide in the next two weeks. He said something about they report what they're told (Mckenzie says that he'll decide in the next two weeks) but he doesn't believe it happens. He didn't specify why, I would assume that he hasn't been cleared academically yet if thats the case.
Last sentence is your answer. Other than that he's all ND.
Pretty sure I have no solid info on it but I am pretty sure he is waiting for the OK
