I had an XB1, but traded it in. Was gonna use the credit to pick up a PS4 eventually (Black Friday maybe), but ended up using it on a Nintendo 3DS in my desire for something to have for more casual gaming.

But, now that the draft is over, I've got the itch like I'm waiting for Madden to come out. Might ask family members for Amazon cards for my summer birthday and grab a PS4 after all.

Hah I just picked that game up cheap on seam. You should try the older total war games with mods, greatest gaming experiences ever.

Currently playing overwatch beta on XB1, surprisingly entertaining.

Really? I never thought Mexico, or any part of the game, really dragged. One of my favorite parts in the game is that first ride into Mexico and they play that song...lots of cool fights there too. To be honest, for me Red Dead was always the kind of game where I would complete as many side quests as possible, checking every nook and cranny. The main storyline was kind of like the icing on the cake. Coincidentally, because of all that searching and screwing around I did, I was the first person to actually find a way to West Elizabeth before you unlocked that part of the story. That shortcut allowed you to get lots of cool guns, bounties, and the fastest horse at the beginning of the game. I'd rather play a Red Dead game any day before Rockstar does another GTA game.

I've got Madden '16, but I haven't been through more than 5 seasons of it yet, and I don't think I'm going to get '17. Playing Madden just makes me realize how much I miss new NCAA games getting released. I tried building an "All ND" team in those 5 seasons...traded for a lot of current players and tried to recruit new ones, but Madden is FUBAR when it comes to schools and recruiting. In 5 seasons I've only seen two...TWO...ND players in the draft. On the other hand, every year Nebraska sends 15+ players to the draft, and I've seen 7 DTs get projected as 1st round picks....with 3 coming from the same school! What the fuck defense were they running, a 5-2?! Schools like Appalachian State have sent more players to the draft in my 5 seasons than ND, methinks someone at EA has an axe to grind or their scouting system just isn't very well done.

As far as games I'm currently playing, I've been doing a shit ton of World of Tanks on PS4. It's a free to play game, lot of fun to play either by yourself or with some buddies. I actually did the WoT Beta when it was first done on PC, so I've been pretty familiar with the game for years. Not much has changed since then, they've really just added a few new countries and changed the tiers up a bit.

I've also been testing a demo of Evochron: Legacy. I haven't been farther than the tutorials yet, but I already think I'm going to buy the full version. Seems like it's the game Elite: Dangerous should have been, but Elite failed hardcore by not delivering what they promised and their quests blew chunks when it came to bugs and bullshit.

I still play some Fallout 4, but mostly just screwing around with modding it. The Creation Kit (G.E.C.K.) was released last week, so lots of cool mods should be released in the coming months. X-Box will get modding capabilities this month I believe, PS4 will get them in June.

I've been waiting for CoD to go back to actual historical warfare and not the Halo/Titanfall mashup garbage that it is now.

Looks like I'll be a Battlefield convert since they beat CoD to the punch. Never played any of the BF games.
