That's almost exclusively with Conqueror, wiz?
That screen cap is just my Conqueror stats. I can't figure out how to view my overall info, only hero specific. But Conqueror is pretty much all I play so it wouldn't be much different.

I'm too skrong at For Honor. My PvP Dominion win rate is 65%. Matchmaking is impossible.

When did you find any time between all of the RPG's and Disney magic to knock your wife up? You must be some kind of... dare I say it... "wizard" to the nerd community.

There's a high level Conqueror cleaning up a tournament on Twitter right now, wiz. Might pick up some new tech if you're inclined to watch.

I may need to stop playing FIFA 17 permanently. I start over frequently because the teams get horribly messed up (United has Dybala, Griezmann, Rooney, and Ibrahimovic) if you play very many seasons.

In only my second season, I played Real Madrid in group stage of champions league and won 7-0. I played Man City a couple of nights later(real time, not game days) and won 6-0. I play on lengedary. Through 17 league games, I'm averaging about 3.5 goals per game and concede about .45 goals per game. Anyone have any tips(paging ACamp) as to how to make the game more difficult? I'm already playing on legendary.

My season 2 manager mode lineup:

Coutinho(89) Firmino (85) Mane (85)

Winjaldum(82) Henderson (84) Lallana (83)

Kolasinic(79) Michael Keane(80) Matip (85) Clyne (83)
Karius(85)

Bench: Milner(78), Ward-Prowse(79), Can(83), Woodburn(77), Grujic(79), Simeone(78), and Inaki Williams(83)

This. Go to Operation Sports website and forums. They always have really good threads on FIFA sliders and everything. You should be able to find something that helps you.

Didn't get to watch the stream live again, but I've watched several chunks of the recording. Looks like you guys are really leveling up the magic, and seeing the dividends it pays. You can still charge your weapon attacks on bosses too, if you don't want to use so many Walnuts, that's your call though. I believe the girl's Sylphid magic has an Analyzer skill that will also tell you what a boss's health is, and if they're weak against a certain magic type. Occasionally it's better to use the more expensive magic, and other times it's better just to use the cheaper stuff (Like using Air Blast instead of Thunderbolt).

Good to see you guys got past the Evil Wall though, I think that's where you left off last time I watched. I need to talk the Mrs. into playing this one with me, my SNES is currently collecting dust. My daughter is almost old enough to play too. Let me know in advance, I could play 3rd player

So best build in Witcher 3?? Whiskey? I'm currently a level 20 and these guides that break down the best builds tend to be lvl 70 plus.... I'm not sure I fully understand everything in the build portion of this game but clearly know enough... is there anyway to make the crossbow good for anything but killing things underwater? Thus far I've built heavy in fast attack, Igni and crossbow....

So best build in Witcher 3?? Whiskey?

I typed up a lengthy post on this subject for greyhammer a few pages back. Did a similar breakdown for Gwent a few posts later.

I'm currently a level 20 and these guides that break down the best builds tend to be lvl 70 plus.... I'm not sure I fully understand everything in the build portion of this game but clearly know enough... is there anyway to make the crossbow good for anything but killing things underwater?

There's a late-game upgrade called Cat Eyes you can unlock that actually makes the crossbow relevant in combat. But without it, the crossbow isn't good for anything but utility-- killing Drowners underwater, and knocking flying monsters out of the sky.

Thus far I've built heavy in fast attack, Igni and crossbow....

How much you'll need to optimize your build depends on what difficulty you're playing on. The Fast Attack talents are excellent, and maxing out the first three (Muscle Memory, Precise Blows and Whirl) should usually be your top priority.

Some of the Signs talents are decent, but a lot of them are pretty bad. Regardless, Combat + Alchemy builds do a lot more damage than Signs builds do, so if you're looking to optimize, consider buying a Potion of Clearance (sold by most alchemy vendors for 1,000g) and moving those points in Igni into Heightened Tolerance and Acquired Tolerance in Alchemy.

The Marksman talents in Combat are sadly terrible. You'll want to move those into Resolve, Fleet Footed and Razor Focus ASAP. Should look something like this:Witcher 3 Skill Calculator.

Euporhia, the fifth tree of the build... how and where does that come in... I'm missing something there

The last major expansion for TW3, Blood and Wine, added an entirely new zone called Toussaint. If you purchased the Game of the Year edition, you should already have a quest in your log called "Envoys and Wineboys" directing you to it at level 32. Once you arrive in the big city (Beauclair) and start working on the main questline, a messenger boy will approach you and hand you a letter from Yenn, Triss or Keira (depending on who you romanced previously), which will start a questline called Turn and Face the Strange. Completing that quest opens a new talent tree with "mutations" that you can unlock via skill points and mutagens.

Euphoria, which is by far the best mutation, is relatively easy to unlock, as it's not too deep in the tree. If you've optimized for damage output, you should already be running around with 280+ max toxicity and 3-4 decoction effects at all times. Adding Euphoria on top of that basically triples your damage output and sign intensity.

I guess I need the expansions huh??

btw, Yenn over Triss all day everyday day, until they start talking, but.. I mean, who's listening anyway?

I bought the expansion pass when they went on sale a few months ago. But i haven't gone to Toussaint yet. I'm still addicted to shooting dudes in BF1. The new expansions maps for that game are dope.

On top of that, the wife gave me the green light to go and buy a Switch. I've been bugging her about it for a month now, and I broke her down mentally. lol. So if I can find a Switch near me, I'm hoping to go pick one up this weekend so I can jump into Breath of the Wild.

Hearts of Stone is good, and definitely worth your time, but Blood and Wine is incredible. Toussaint is a huge, gorgeous zone full of vampires and other bad ass monsters. Was my favorite part of the game.

Totes. Picked Yenn on my first playthrough, Triss on my second, and Yenn is clearly the superior choice. She may be bitchy, but she's way less annoying (and you get a 2nd cutscene with Yenn, too). She's also apparently the "canon" choice for those who've read the books, FWIW.

I think my least fav part is the cut-scenes you touch upon... I know it's an adult game and parents should do their job, but I was a teacher for long enough to know the vast majority of kids under the age of 12 play these games... it just feels awkward and un-needed... just me.

No argument there. I was referring mostly to the additional depth of story between Yenn and Geralt based on their long history together. The Triss storyline feels very thin in comparison.

TIL that my boss is a huge nerd (didn't see it coming) and spends all of his free time playing Breath of the Wild with his kids (stealing the controller from them constantly, and then staying up after their bedtime to keep playing on his own, is how he described it).

Rather than our actual work meeting we were supposed to have over lunch, he spent 30 minutes telling me that getting a Switch for that one game alone is worth it, and that I need to start badgering my wife now.

Yeah, I was trying to hold off and wait until Mario came out later this year to buy one, but dammit I need to play Breath of the Wild. It just looks too good to delay any longer. And Mario Kart Deluxe comes out in 2 weeks, which i know my wife will enjoy playing. So im going to try and hunt a Switch down this weekend if possible.

My experience with a Switch: Not saying it isn't worth it, but the console is far more expensive than $300 if that's what you're telling yourself. You buy the Switch. That's $300. You buy the screen protector because you're not dumb. That's $16. You buy Zelda. That's $60ish. You buy a pro controller (you need one, it's not an option). That's $70ish. You buy a memory card. That's $39.

That's $485 plus tax.

I got the Switch as a birthday present. I was thrilled, obviously, because it was a game machine and I really didn't expect it at all. On the other hand, it's been an expensive gift because its a little money pit. At this point, it was worth it for me because I got all that stuff minus $300 plus tax. If I had to pay for the console too...

I'd wait for a bundle.

Yeah I've prepared myself for dropping some coin on this. How necessary is the pro controller and memory card?

After Lent ends and I'm able to game again, I'm looking to pick up Dragon Age: Inquisition. Any thoughts or opinions on it? The core game got incredible reviews, but the expansions are all over the place. With a game like this, I almost always spring for the GotY edition just to maximize my content/ value (I am a completionist, after all); but I'm not sure that's the way to go here.

Wasn't a fan. Bioware doesn't seem to make good games anymore IMO.

#TeamYennifer

Triss is the chick you wanted to hang with before you settled down. Yennifer is the woman you move on with.

Ha interesting, I'm just to the point where you really get to know Triss (on multiple quests w her, the ball, the statue and others are all currently going) but she seems to this point as the more, 'wife' option while Yenn is more, 'f buddy' personality wise... but that may just be my personal preference personality wise, or maybe I'm just not to where Triss eclipses Yenn in high maintenance psychodrama...

All that said, ... In this game, my red blooded male came out, I picked Yenn simply bc she's the hotter option, and told her I loved her, so there's no turning back now...
