identity politics.

I'm sorry, but individual rights outweigh equality of outcome.

I really wish that my company would just wait until it has all of the information before having division-wide meetings. First it was "We're doing great!", then we had last minute meetings, which were pushed back. Then we had another meeting saying that the bad news is nobody's getting a raise this year, but there would be no layoffs. Today we had another meeting announcing that we had layoffs.

My position is safe (so far), but this is just getting annoying.

Light beer. Light beer grinds my gears. Light beer is the gheyest. People who buy pitchers of light beer at company bowling events grind my gears.

Shouldn't a portly man such as yourself embrace light beer? Ya know, might help. :D

McDonalds is crazy, their value menu is pretty decent stuff for the price.... actually enjoy it.... their regular menu is pure dog shit and costs way too much.

I do enjoy a couple McDoubles with a side of fries tho.

Burger King Value menu demolishes McD's now.

I'll cosign on that. If you want a low-caloric buzz, drink whiskey (or any other liquor). Might as well not drink at all if your diet limits you to watered down macro adjunct lagers. Life's too short to drink shitty beer.

When YouTube forces you to watch an advertisement that you can't skip and then the video you wanted to watch won't load.

Certain situations call for cheap light beer (beer darts, pong, flip cup, etc). But yeah I feel ya.

Building 2 new and completely unnecessary stadiums for franchises that don't win(Coyotes/Diamondbacks). Meanwhile Phoenix has one of the worst public school systems in the country.

I've got nothing against inexpensive beer, or lagers in general. Just don't drink shitty stuff! If you must drink an adjunct lager, grab a PBR or a Narragansett. If you've got access to legit domestic lagers, reach for a Yuengling or a Brooklyn Lager. There are so many good beers widely available now that it's very hard to justify drinking any of the flagship labels from AB-InBev or SABMiller anymore.

Pbr is the only one of those I believe is available here

Underestimating anything. For example, underestimating how many people travel to, and thru, Kentucky and Tennessee for spring break. Underestimating to the point you sleep in a store parking lot.

Yuengling is shit.

There.

I said it.
How is it priced near you? I've been places where it's priced like a craft beer and other places where it's priced cheaper than Budweiser. I think it's pretty good at the Budweiser price point.

The two I don't understand are Stella Artois and Heineken. Stella is fine but way overpriced and Heineken tastes like feet.

Also Corona.

They just started getting it in my area, so everyone is geeking out on America's oldest brewery, and paying craft beer prices for it. Ironic, as it's cheaper than PBR in PA and NY.

Funny you mention Stella, another beer considered low end by the people living close to its origin. Across the pond, those folks wouldn't drink that shit if it were free.

This. The novelty will wear off here within a month. LQ's have countdown banners for when bottle and can purchases can be made, as if Yuenling is God's sweat. It's still keg only for another day or so IIRC. We serve drafts at the Legion, and it's the same price as all other piss water on tap.

Yeah not a fan of any of those, but Stella is drinkable...

Interesting on Yuenling, always figured it was quality stuff as much as people talk about it,...
