Why?
Pence would be the 46th President until January 20th when Biden is sworn in as the 47th President.

Anything to say about the violence in DC?
I mean...yes? Like is that a legit question?
Yes it is. I don't remember. I do remember the West Coast Governors refusing to do so as their cities were burning down. I think Trump offered. Maybe Chicago did?
I agree wholeheartedly.
Are the media using phrases like 'mostly peaceful?'
Then send in the Guard.California sent in the National Guard https://www.latimes.com/california/...uard-los-angeles-unrest-protests-george-floyd
And Oregon https://katu.com/news/local/oregon-...n-after-one-of-two-protests-turns-destructive
And Washington https://www.seattletimes.com/seattl...are-for-possible-civil-unrest-after-election/
So you remember wrong.
Why?
You're insane GTFO
Were BLM and ANTIFA terrorists when they literally did this and worse in every us major city all summer long? It's still going on in Portland and Seattle today.
I guess shit got real once it got in Congress' face and were Trump supporters instead of Democrats
When you cultivate an environment where this shit is allowed to happen for months, you can't be surprised when it turns around and bites you.
It's awful what happened today. But to be fair, it's been awful for 6 months now.[/QUOTE
Your a MAGA guy bub. We know where you stand. Take your crock of shit elsewhere

Stop. They did not do "worse"... I lived here for both of these. They are not even close. I must've missed the part where BLM occupied the US Capitol Building and forced the closure of congress.
You're right. They did take over parts of US cities and occupied them for long periods of time. They did the same thing to Federal offices and police headquarters that the protestors are doing today. They attacked and beat people senseless on the streets. People were gu ning each other down in the streets. They ripped down federal statues and memorials. Pretty bad stuff. Not as blatant or as important as today for sure, but are you surprised?
I was a bit too sarcastic and flippant in my first couple of posts. I shouldn't have been. I guess I'm just numb to it all but I can't believe you guys are shocked and outraged that this happened. It's been festering all year long. It's truly awful.

I hate to see this happen and it's not the peaceful transfer of power we should have, but yeah, when half the country gave tacit approval to Antifa and BLM to let them storm police stations, courthouses, memorials and other public facilities, to their flaunting of any rules of law or civil protest, and turned a blind eye to the violence from leftist groups this past year, what do you expect? I'm amused, but certainly not shocked by a few in here who are so upset by today but didn't have a word of criticism when it was their side doing similar all summer. It shouldn't have happened in either case, but to clutch their pearls now is disingenuous and hypocritical.

All due respect, who exactly in here was supporting the Antifa stunts? From my recollection and off the top of my head, Myself/Lax/Cack/Redbar/Lion all condemned the violence.
Why are we arguing about which riot is better or worse? These people all suck and should be arrested immediately. This type of discourse is cable TV panel bullshit.
