Article on si.com says SEC moving closer to a conference only schedule for this year. The opening sentence of the article made me laugh.

The fans HAVE clamored for more big name opponents. It just doesn't make economic sense to do so, though, so the schools tend to stick with the current model because it works. As a fan, I understand why they do it and I see the advantages, but I'd definitely like to see more games against the top 20 OOC programs.

Yeah, top 20 teams don’t draw nearly as well as those FCS schools.

From the talk on sports radio today, JT has not been medically cleared yet. However there is a lot of talk from Dawgs fans that Justin Fields transfers back to UGA this season. Fields was at a practice last week.

Looks like UT had nearly 40 players exposed to the corona virus at a party or two and they're now quarantined. Major disruption of their practice schedule. Dang, this was gonna be their year... I mean national championship and being back and er'thing!

Not what I wanted to hear, but not unexpected either. LSU's had several players test positive or be exposed recently. Sorta knew this was coming the past few days. LSU gets to avoid the double digit curb stomping they were about to receive.

Heard there might be a third SEC game postponed. Thanksgiving will probably provide some of the same results at Halloween.

This is the second postponement for LSU and they already have their makeup date scheduled with Florida. Unless the SEC moves things back, the LSU/Bama game won't get played.

It looks like I was late to the party as Mississippi State vs. Auburn was already moved to December. That's four SEC games called off for this weekend.

Arkansas's coach tested positive earlier this week so there's a real chance of additional cases to pop up there and postpone that game as well.
