I'm remodeling my 1st floor bathroom as I get ready to sell. It's a small bathroom (80 square feet) and we're not touching the shower/tub.
Basically, I need to remove the floor tile, put new tile down, replace the vanity, and then place a new mirror/cabinet. The mirror/cabinet has 4 lights at the top currently, and they provide almost all of the lighting in the bathroom (ceiling light sucks). So I need whoever I hire to be able to replace this and possibly do some minor electrical work.
I'm personally going to repaint when finished and remove the current tile to save costs.
So I'm looking to hire someone to put new tile down, remove and replace the vanity, and then remove and replace the crappy mirror/cabinet with lighting. Any advice? This seems straight forward but things like this never are.
