Me NOT trolling an actual piece of ND-ESPN news is like Wooly not trolling a thread about how to properly field dress a black bear or Camp not trolling a thread about how eating tri-tip is scientifically proven to make you prefer white girls. Not gonna happen.
I don't follow with the Camp statement. I thought that since he's pro-tri tip and pro-non whites that tri tip leads to...I have no idea what the term is for not liking white girls.
Right, which is why you'd troll a thread that stated otherwise.This... Latin and Asian cuisine are so tastier than that bland Euro fare...

Are we actually talking about breakfast now? Because give me a full Scottish breakfast with a big old pile of haggis any day.You shut your dirty whore mouth about Italian food! Real EYE-talian food anyways.
But gimme a damn Latin breakfast over English breakfast any day of the week.
Ha...the hate is pouring out on twitter for Gameday going to Temple. We need to crush these guys.
Well I'm not Scottish so you're not hurting my feelings, but haggis is the greatest food known to mankind.Oat cakes are the shit... and that's pretty much where the list of quality Scottish food ends...

I just think it's so despicable how ESPN exploits us by going to such a high proportion of our away games and never paying it back by coming to home games. Going to our game against Temple and not our game against USC? Seriously?
Without knowing anything about their history, I'm guessing this is now Temple's biggest game ever.
I watched their game against East Carolina and we should beat them by 3 touchdowns. So, yes?
I can't speak to the quality of anything available in the United States, but I've had fresh haggis in Scotland and it was amazing. It's all a mental block. Once you forget what it is and just dig in, it's sweet and savory and amazing.Seriously??? I'm Scottish and even I won't touch that stuff...
Don't they prefer to go to games that they or ABC can broadcast?

Yes, and I guess that's just the whole thing. I just don't like being "used" like this -- improve their ratings dramatically when we are playing away games, but never having the favor returned being able to market the university when we are playing home games. It's such an awesome publicity campaign when teams get to host it that we don't get reciprocated.

We'll get GameDay and if when the matchup dictates it as the best game on the slate, even if it's an NBC game. Unfortunately for us, USC came in with two losses. If we win out, we should get Stanford. Florida-Florida State and Oklahoma-Oklahoma State are that week's competition.
Regardless, I don't want GameDay on campus this year. The stadium looks hideous right now.
One thing I'm interested to see is how much of the crowd is ND fans. The secondary market for this game is INSANE right now... from Temple fans trying to get tickets. But early in the year when no one thought Temple would be any good, a large chunk of the tickets were purchased by local ND fans. I'm guessing it's about 25% ND at a least.
