Regarding the weather, it'll be chilly but it will be a comfortable sort of chilly for big guys. There won't be a bunch of snow and the football vibes will cover up any gray notes. The campus will be gorgeous with the leaves changing, and the energy of the day will ward off any residual chill.

But now I am getting so damn sick of NBC making it a policy to hire literally nobody with a direct ND connection, and in fact, having more interest in promoting other schools instead--not to mention spending more time talking about the NFL game that is the next day instead of the game they are contracted to broadcast!! And Jimmy Roberts? Kill me please. I look forward to games on ESPN and ABC now just so I do not have to listen to the horrible "product" that NBC puts out every Saturday.

Also: Those full length coats the USC guys are wearing on the sidelines. Clear sign of weakness. It's like when it was a bit nippy in that bowl game against Miami a few years ago. and they came out in thermal onesies.

Oh how I wish ND could drag U$C on Saturday like they did in this video. A win is a win but how great would it be to just skull drag them up and down the field and not just win by 7 or 10 points. On a side note does anyone know if Mark Edwards has any sons that play fullback?

We need more specifically Californian examples of how USC sucks, because I saw all of those things prominently at Notre Dame. Maybe the sunglasses were more likely to be Ray-bans than Oakleys, but same shit.

The thing that kills me is that we could recruit fullbacks so well. Take every advantage we have in tight end recruiting and it would translate exactly into fullback recruiting. Hell we even have a pretty prototypical fullback on the roster, but he's starting at middle linebacker.

I never really thought about Joe like that but now that you say that. Hell I would love to see what Tyler L could do in short down and goal line packages. But I'm pretty sure this has been talk about already.
