Irish2155, I too rather play Maryland or PSU. But, can we really beat anybody at this point? With this defense and our offense that can't score? Heck, we barely beat Navy and lost to NW. So, I can't see us beating any bowl team at the current time. Sad to say, but looking at the last month+ we are a bad, bad team.

No, hell no...that is why I say hang it up for the year...

I mean yes, we can beat...oh sh!t, Jimmy's HS of the blind...but then we lose....

We just need to get a way, from everything football. These kids want to play a bowl game...then don't lose every game down the stretch. And that last loss...let's just get away...

While I agree that the team doesnt deserve a bowl,playing in one might be a way to hit the reset button for next year.

Looking at 4 weeks from now. Let some injuries heal. Semester is over so players can focus on football. Hopefully will be Malik starting so he can work with first unit on timing of fade patterns and stuff. Would give the coaches 3 weeks to game plan for whoever our opponent is in the game. Gives us a chance to leave a better impression in the recruits mind then the loss we just suffered.
