As long as our offense doesn't get exposed (aka avoid a super shitty gameplan), our defense won't be in bad spots like they were against Miami.

I don't think Love is going to be a huge issue. I'm more worried about Costello hitting his TE's over the heads of our linebackers.

I think we throttle Navy as the boys try to erase the shame from last week. I'm with you on containing Love with Costello picking us apart. Will be a close game IMO.

I'm getting picky - good midfield lowers are already available for under $100 out there. Might buy a couple dozen hand warmers to shove in every crevice. I'm a delicate Southerner now, wet and 70 is a little different than wet and 35.

I'll be with my 77 year old grandfather; I don't exactly want him to stay outside if it's gonna be 40 degrees and raining, but the guy is stubborn and won't leave until after the alma mater.

This may sound dumb but if ND wins the toss, they have to DEFER. In a possession game like this, the last thing they can afford is to give up a late 1st half TD to Navy and to allow them to have the ball first in the 2nd half.

This should be a statement game. I expect us to come out angry and energized after last week's embarrassing performance. Navy's offense will eat up the clock if allowed to methodically drive down the field. We can't let that happen. We need some early scores on our part coupled with some early three and outs on their part. Last week everything that could go wrong did go wrong. I don't expect that to happen again. If it does, this could be a frustrating game to watch.
