If Bama is this good again next season then that will do me.
Surely they cannot get Metchie and who ever else up to this level.

Yeah 8 min drives >>>>>>>> up tempo. We just didn’t do enough of it.

That big long drive of ours was the only time we seemed in it. If we were able to do that several times then who knows, we only lose by 14?

I watched it with my eyes. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to bring in terms of evidence outside of talking with someone on Bamas staff.

Point out the plays from the drives where ND got stops that were “vanilla” relative to the drives where ND gave up TDs.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but the pros who break down film for premium sites do not agree with what you stated.

Pour it on, Bama. Embarrass these guys. Never thought I'd say that 8 years ago

The Who knows is they key there. You can imagine a path to victory if executed correctly. This game is just ole miss, Florida etc. was never going to last

Agree. Bama isn’t exactly pushing the ball down the field. Mac rarely throws it more than ten yards. They consistently throw short and get their alien skill guys the ball in open space.

I actually agree with both of you. I think we made adjustments AND Bama went into cruise control. OSU's secondary smothered Clemson yet Bama is making them look pedestrian.

Looks like Goliath is winning another tonight. What will this be, 25 titles now?

They will probably win 3 of the next 4 and get a UCLA basketball thing going.

If you take away Davonta Smith, does ND beat Alabama?

Probably not, but I’m ready to crown him better than Reggie Bush.

Smith is the best college WR I've ever seen and I don't know that it's even close.

I hope Texas fans realize Sark isn’t bringing any play with him.

I cannot believe we held this offense to 31

They kept their starters in but they also took their foot off the gas b/c they knew ND couldn’t score enough to ever get close. My guess is they planned on scoring in their first drive of the 2nd half to put ND away but the Irish D stepped up and forced a punt. Then ND offense remained inept and threw a pick. Bama scored three plays later and then pulled back on their play-calling.

They won’t do the same tonight for a bit b/c tOSU is more capable of scoring. The 3rd quarter will dictate how much Bama pours it on.

Smaller but faster IMO.

They claim he’s over 170 lbs...that’s dubious. His route running & ball skills is what makes him elite. He doesn’t possess elite speed but he’s got an elite first step and runs perfect routes.

His success in the NFL will come down to his durability.

Cannot hear the announcers for some reason. I like it better this way, and love the cam angle from behind the QB. Feels like I am at the game.

Fields definitely has the stronger arm.

Hard to truly judge Jones b/c he’s got the best OL in the nation, the best WR in the nation & the best RB in the nation.

He is able to check down and go through all his progressions but he also has the time to go through that. Great accuracy but his deep ball is pedestrian at best.

The closest that even comes to mind is maybe Michael Crabtree or Justin Blackmon, but Smith is a whole different level.

Good call on Blackmon. He was pretty unstoppable. I was thinking of Julio too.
