Just got a text that... word is... Moala ran a 4.4 flat. If so, he needs an offer. If he can run anything south of a 4.55 he's a complete package.

I think he ran mid 4.7's at The Nike Opening Regional FWIW.

This is why I never believe HS kids 40 times. No way a kid runs mid 4.7's then turns around and runs a 4.4 flat.

I have no info, but I expect at least one commitment today or tomorrow, since the camp and ND experience would have soaked in pretty good by now.

Someone will have been talking it over, thinking about it, and become plagued by the feeling that ND is the right choice.

I hope it's Mcgrone. He seems like the longest shot among Moala, DJ Johnson, or Shayne Simon IMO. I think we get DJ Johnson, Moala, and Simon pretty soon. Or at least can if we really want them and push for them.

But Mcgrone was stated as saying he wants to take OV's, and when that happens, we always seem to lose steam (or spots) for players we were in really good with.

In terms of talent or what? Talent wise it wasn't very good at all lol. But ND got a lot of kids on campus that they can land and that's fine. Having the 5* challenge the same weekend as the II probably wasn't the best thing but it's not like we lost out on 10 prospects maybe making it. But you never know we could have had 1-3 surprise star visitors visit

Agree with pretty much everything you said. ND needs to have a great season and you will start seeing more of these top prospects visit. Some great prospects in the Midwest for 2019 so next year II will be major. Gotta win this season in order for that to happen.
