After the last few months, figured it would be fitting to create a thread dedicated to positive and or good news. I'll start:

I recently got engaged to my lovely girlfriend of 5 years, and am moving to Indianapolis in June. I'm very excited to head back to the Midwest (sadly not home in Chicago though), and catch games in SB.

I, personally, am completing my first full year at Miami University here in Cincinnati, and although it is almost my 6th year of school it has been one of my most successful, and I am finally proud of myself in that regard.I can also finally attend their main campus in Oxford in the upcoming fall semester.

My school baseball team came back from down 8-1 in the 3rd to win 13-8. I only went 1-4 though.

Just found out I did pretty well on the ACT. Just another step toward hopefully attending Notre Dame. In less than a year from now I'll know whether I'll be the University of Notre Dame class of 2017 (or technically 2018 if I do architecture..)

I will give you some good news. The Masters starts today, I love watching that. The baseball season has officialy started, Go Cubs! I turn 18 in 4 days, Im getting old. My baseball team just beat a very good team a couple days ago.

Congrats to the OP on his engagement, and to everyone else on their accomplishments (especially the burning pee guy).

No great news on my part, but I am very happy with our class so far. 10 outstanding commits this early is huge. I love our big name guys and think that our lesser known talent are on the verge of breakout performances.

Also, I really, really like the way our coaching staff is working together. The whole seems to be greater than the sum of the parts.

I am about to finish my 3rd year of pharmacy school, ending my didactic education that seems to have been going on forever.
