There was only one feed produced by ESPN and aired on ESPN & NFL Network. I tuned into the NFL Network because their personalities are generally much better but was bummed to get it via ESPN and had to watch that disgrace of a broadcast.

Spared myself the agony. Only flipped it on to catch the Colts pick and then back watching something else.

I actually totally disagree. She was cute/hot/funny when she was first on TV. Now she is just kinda cute and not that funny. I don't know if it's aging or her not taking care of herself as much or whatever but something definitely changed.

Better to be a has been than a gkIrish, as they say.

I'm really curious about the softness of a society,... when we worry about reading the hardest time of a human beings life and thinking It hurts their feelings in a worse way than they had when they tried harder in spite of it...
Not everyone has parents that loved them (or cares about them as adults) more than themselves... That's actually a newer Idea...

Hey, You can always wear a mask and rebreath the air that was supposed to be expelled and die of lack of common sense tho....

All these shows need a borderline a$$hole, something that Johnson is eminently qualified to be. Nothing like another ND hater as well.

I know I am in the minority but I don't really get the Kimes love. Her writing is a lot better than her on air work. I think NFL live is huge reach for her.

Boooooooooooo. She's awesome. The Kimes/Spain/Nolan trio actually works and ESPN needs to give them a proper, permanent show.

Those three together make for an interesting show because they are best friends and have chemistry,

Kimes opposite Spears, Orlovsky, and Johnson? I don't see how she is going to mesh with them, especially Johnson

Kimes, Orlovsky and Spears all banter on twitter and seemed to be tight but Johnson there is such a strange, strange decision. Weren't they gonna replace Bob Golic with him on his slot?

Why Nolan keeps getting relegated to ESPN's B-Team, I'll never know. She's charming, has great personality, and she's cute. Damn you, ESPN!

As far as girls go, I would have preferred Dianna Russini take over the mod spot. She's been doing really well in spot duty when Nix and Kolber weren't there. I love Spears, and Key will add spice. The rest, meh.

Wonder where they're sending Nix and Kolber. Always liked Kolber, wasn't crazy about Nix but she was decent.

It's the beginning of hilarious... If he could write his thoughts,... it would be Golden.
IDK, why I said that... I laughed, and I want more things to laugh at...

Anyone else think ESPN's new line up sucks?

If I'm honest, I think ESPN has sucked for while, but it's on another level right now. Even put Golic Sr out to pasture. Not a big fan of Golic Jr's evening show. Based on Golic Sr's wife's tweet, guessing they are not happy.

It's to the point now I only tune into NFL Live which is decent, but IMO was better before they changed hosts. I do like the addition of Key, and have always liked Marcus.

Yesterday had to FF 15 minutes into the show to actually get true football news.... Then only a 2-3 minutes of FB stuff (Cam and the Pats), and the remainder of the show was non-FB stuff. So 2-3 minutes of actual FB content on a 60 minute show that's about football. Thank god for DVRs.

ESPN sucks.

ESPN sucks.

Their live sports coverage remains excellent but I basically don't watch anything else anymore. The local radio teams in NY are hit or miss but even those are becoming unbearable.

I'll tune into live sports no doubt. Just can't stand anything else. I used to wake up with Mike and Mike (later Wingo and Golic), watch NFL Live, CFB Live, and Sports Center briefly in the evening. Golic is now gone, Greenberg just doesn't do it for me, Golic Jr doesn't do it for me either, and the other shows just suck. I'm still in awe a bit that NFL Live only contained like 3 minutes of actual NFL football news over a 60 minute broadcast. Hope that changes once the games start. Only two weeks away!

Flipped on ESPN the other night for background noise and it was all social justice stuff. Granted, a bunch of teams had been pitching a fit across multiple sports so perhaps it was sorta relevant. Idk. Wasnt feeling it though.

He is a SJW now and it even extends to Notre Dame stuff. Recently on Twitter I noticed he said he wouldn't care if "Fighting Irish" was cancelled. He is pretty good as CFB analyst during games though.

Corso just picked Book for Heisman this year. He also predicted ND to the Final Four....

If he has a good year, and we can beat Clemson, not out of the question with the new Reesus O. Long shot, but not too crazy.

I don't think it's out of the realm of possibilities that Book could be a finalist. But that's mainly due to my belief that a very successful ND team will nearly always have a representative in NYC.

Did you see Herb's emotional moment..

I'm going to post it, don't want this to get too political so will move it later if need be, but that was for certain one of the most unique things I've seen on GameDay.

I have a hard time seeing Book being a finalist, mainly because I think we run the ball a lot this year and I think until Kevin Austin comes back the Skowroneck/Lenzy/Keys + young guys passing attack isn't going to put up Clemson or Oklahoma numbers through the air. But it's certainly possible, especially with Tommy Rees not running a dumbass scheme anymore that hamstrings everyone.

What Book-for-Heisman would take:

A. A high-quality completion percentage year. (has proved that he can do this.)
B. A high-TD-to-interceptions ratio. (has proved that he can do this.)
C. Wins a game or two with his legs (has proved that he can do this.)
D. Beats Clemson and gets ND into the playoffs (Big IF, but I'm not giving up on the idea that this team can do that.)

ND>Clemson=Book>Lawrence in voting. Who else is the competition (on other NC teams)?

This may be unlikely but I'm not starting the season saying it's crazy.
