I dont think this map has any validity to it what so ever.... I think it was originally written and reported by TFM "Total Frat Move" and was just a gag piece. PPl in Indiana do not give 2 shyts about MSU. If anything the majority of PPl from Indiana hate ND.

If you go to the article they point out that there was some ballot stuffing that occurred. The admin removed some of those votes, and the results made a lot more sense. Still...I'm not sure why New Mexico WOULD hate Ole Miss, that one really doesn't make much sense, not even if they were trying to rig their state in such a way.

Or, Ed Orgeron is not very popular in New Mexico?

But it does show that pretty much everyone hates Michigan, and that seems pretty accurate.

I would disagree with that assessment. Most hate either IU or Purdue.

7. Everybody who wasn't in the top 10% of their HS class so they got rejected (Texas state law gave you guaranteed admission if you met that bar so a lot of qualified kids from competitive schools were left out).

Probably the most honest answer for a lot of people at the other Texas schools.

Rack Em hit the nail on the head. It's the same reason North Carolina hates UNC: Wake Forest, NC State, Duke, East Carolina, Appalachian State to an extent, etc. In essence, while UNC is one of the more recognizable universities in North Carolina, there are schools of equal or greater size throughout the state that gang up on the perceived favorite.

Official starting OL per Hoke:

LT - Mason Cole, true freshman, very highly rated prospect but shocking you'd start a true frosh at LT.
LG - Erik Magnuson, another elite prospect out of high school, started at guard last year and was mediocre
C - Jack Miller, unheralded prospect, Mike Golic Jr. level center
RG - Graham Glasgow, mediocre player last year on their bad interior, former walkon
RT - Ben Braden, 3 star prospect in HS with decent Big Ten offers, not much to say on him

So basically you replaced two NFL players with two very unproven guys, one being a true frosh. And the interior OL doesn't exactly seem to have gotten better. If we don't get pressure for days, our DL sucks.
