There are actually quite a few big programs that are undecided:

Ohio State (LOL doesn't matter gonna score a lot)
Bama (can't find a QB ever)
Oregon (always finds a QB)
UCLA (obviously gonna be Rosen, though)
Texas (still won't commit to Swoopes)
