Greg Spence said Noah, a sophomore, didn't intend to take the drug as it had been put into a drink he had been given at a recent party.... The family made a second appeal, which was denied, and plans to file a lawsuit against the conference, according to the report.

Our kid would NEVER do something like take drugs in College!!!

9 months later:

Noah Spence fails drug test for second time, suspended indefinitely by Ohio State Buckeyes - ESPN

Spence's parents confirmed to the Columbus Dispatch that he again failed a drug test and are trying to "get him medical attention."

No word yet on whether or not the NCAA is planning to file a countersuit against Spence's dumbass parents.
