Honestly the main thing over the years I've found is fresh tomatoes to make it homemade. Just no way to make it better when you use fresh tomatoes

Correct. It's garbage as far as QBs go. Moore is probably slotted behind Mendoza at QB. Ty Simpson might go first round. Just bad.

If I'm the Raiders or Jets, I take Reese or an OT. Or trade out. It's not the draft to need a QB.
Not just might, if this is to be believed.

A lot of Italians put in nutmeg which I personally find disgusting.
Colonial America used nutmeg the way we now use pepper. Not sure about Italians but nutmeg was likely a beloved spice around Europe.

Can’t beat homemade sourdough pizza, in my opinion. And it’s way cheaper. Even after eating great pizza in Italy, I’m more convinced than ever that everything’s better at home.

Now living in Detroit. Detroit style pizza is the best pizza I’ve ever had. Chicago deep dish is overrated but Chicago tavern isn’t too bad. The rest is good, but Detroit tops everything.

Haven't had Detroit pizza. Most pizza is redeeming in its own way.

I think I've mentioned it before but I used to see a young lady in NYC who, after a few drinks, would get a craving for domino's of all places lol

I LOVE pizza of all types. Deep dish, tavern style, NYC style, Detroit style, Neapolitan crust, it's probably my favorite food overall. They're all amazing. Dominos and Pizza Hut (and the others like it) have their own place where it's a trashy cheap comfort food but still hits the spot every once in a while.

Never had it personally but the inventor of Altoona Pizza needs to be shot into the sun.

I am a pizza hut enthusiast. Probably too late for them to turn it around ala domino's 20 years ago sadly

You gotta try it some day! Even Jets is edible and thats bottom barrel Detroit pizza

Something romantic about the origin story (although its really just Sicilian style pizza adapted)

Detroit-style pizza pans originated from the city's automotive factories, specifically rectangular blue steel trays used for holding auto parts or catching oil drips, which were repurposed by early pizzamakers like Buddy's Pizza to create a unique, crispy crust due to the pans' excellent heat retention and sturdy build. These industrial pans gave the pizza its iconic square shape, crispy caramelized edges (frico), and chewy interior, becoming a hallmark of the style

Jets is legit. Get that Detroit-style buffalo chicken pizza with bacon, onion and some ranch drizzled on it… fat guy heaven

Must be the prep. The store we order from must add it later in the process. It’s still visible on the pizza and hot with good flavor, but not cooked through if that makes sense.

But I am ALSO not a buffalo sauce scientist, just a fat white dude who just decided he’s treating the family to “Pizza Friday” on the way home from work now.
