Unsure why 247 hasn’t updated his position yet. It’s updated on Rivals and he’s 64th nationally. He’s a SDE and a very good one at that.

Were you told this or is this an assumption? It’s pretty obvious that he was a WDE as a sophomore but I haven’t seen anyone comment on him still being recruited as such.

Genuinely curious on this if there is a recruitnik out there that thinks he's a WDE or if he's indeed being recruited by schools as such.

In Parker Thune's, OU Insider, note to his readers he mentioned that while he expects OU to continue to recruit Tyson, he doesn't expect Tyson to be a guy that goes back on this original commitment. Solid news for some that are skeptical of his early commitment.

Awesome get by Elston and Freeman. This defensive class could turn out to be one of the best of the Kelly era.

Oklahoma is full on football factory, Shoe U, neg recruiting, and shite grad rates yet can't get past where ND is. It's pretty funny really. One of the most shallow programs in the country and still can't get over the hump.
