Disagree. Think both will still be off the board by pick 32.

Talk last night and this morning was that Ray might drop to the 3rd or 4th round after this latest incident. May have been on the mother ship that I heard that. If nothing else he's proven to be the dumbest kid in the draft. That's saying something in a draft that has JW in it.

Really excited/nervous to see what the Titans do here. Lots of potential.

What is your preference?

Honestly we could do any of the three main options and I'd be ok with it (trade, draft Williams, or draft Mariota). I'm not a huge fan of Mariota's game so that would likely be my least favorite pick but I wouldn't be shocked if I was wrong either. The only thing that would piss me off is if we undersold the no. 2 spot for two mid-late 1st round picks. I think we can get a lot more out of the pick than that.

I want Mariota so fricken bad but the amount we are gonna have to give up to get to #2 is ridiculous. Have a hard time believing that Chip Kelly trusts injury prone Sam Bradford as the guy who's gonna make or break his career as a NFL Head Coach. Honestly think its 50/50 right now whether or not the Eagles move up for him.

It'd be a tough call for me. On one hand I think Williams is the best player in the draft and getting him would be great at 2. However, getting more picks is very intriguing. I'm the least fan of just drafting Mariota as I don't view him demanding that draft spot. However, I'm also not a fan of only getting the 12 and 20 selections since this isn't a particularly deep draft. I think if you can get more than the Cleveland scenario that's where I'd fall.

IMO, his value is so much more to Philly than to anybody else that it makes sense that fans want him that bad but that they could end up overpaying for him as well. I agree that Bradford cannot be the answer that Kelly has been searching for with all these moves. One reason why tomorrow could be so exciting is seeing what that Mad Scientist comes up with. Secretly I hope its terrible ;)

Hoping we can get a 1st round pick for Bradford tomorrow as was rumored and use it to move up. I think a package of say the browns #19, our #20, and our first next year could be enough, might have to throw in a little more though

Too bad last year's first pick cannot be used to sweeten the pot. I am still mad at how terrible that pick was.

More than that would start to make we very nervous but I can see why Philly fans would be excited.

If the Browns have decided to become genuine suitors for Tennessee's pick, do you think they will play along and make the deal for Bradford?

As a Jags fan I'm hoping for Williams in the 1st, DHB in the 2nd, and a RB in the 3rd.

I've heard that alot on Twitter. If you can get a 1st for Bradford, why wouldn't the Rams have made that trade?

The Browns need more than a QB... They can get two impact players and maybe get Petty or Hundley in the second round... I actually like Petty a lot but it's always a crap shoot I guess... I wouldn't want the Browns to make a trade to one or two personally... Just me

Agreed, I think you can get a quality QB prospect without having to sell out your draft. For where you can get him, I'm a big Petty fan as well.

I like Petty, but he won't be ready for a long time.

I think thats fair to say just like I think its fair to say that in a traditional system Mariota won't be ready right away. So if I'm the Browns would I rather draft two quality players in the 1st and take the project QB in the 2nd or sell out the first round in the hopes that Mariota is ready sooner? To me its not even close. Mariota is not currently worth 2 first round picks unless he's in his system and thats where Philly comes in.

I'm so sick of these second tier late 1st, 2nd, 3rd round QB's. Give me the blue chip prospect for once. How many more Quinn, McCoy, Weeden, Manziel bums do we have to draft before we realize that method clearly isn't working. The most promising QB prospect we have had since 99' was Couch, and wtf wouldn't you know it he was the top prospect in his class. So many fans are stuck in this mentality that if we miss on Mariota (I can't stop spelling it Marriota) then we set ourselves back 5 years......well we've been shitty for a decade and a half what is another DL/OL going to do to actually change anything?? If you don't have a QB you might as well cancel the season.

Josh McCown? Come on.

I'm right there with you Gattica. Make the trade if you can but don't make it a Herchel Walker Trade.

May I interest you in a gently used Jay Cutler?

Bears are now shopping Martellus Bennett so they're burning the whole thing down anyway.

Mariota and Petty are both projects IMO... And everything has been said about J Winston... We will se though... I'm of the school that if you trade up, you take Winston, not Mariota... I still think Petty is good enough to take a WR, D Line help and him to make it>>>>>>> Winston or Mariota by themselves

Agreed, I've don't believe that Winston is the can't miss guy that Luck was, for example. Some years there just isn't that type of QB in the draft. No reason handicap your future for the now, if the now isn't even that good.

I don't want anything to do with Petty. Weeden 2.0

McShay and others have said he is the 3rd highest rated QB they have ever graded.

Sorry this does absolutely nothing for me. Don't take this the wrong way but the Browns are currently where they are at because of moves like this. Chasing QB's is the best way to stay mediocre in the NFL. Build a team based on good young talent and take that QB when he's available. There is enough bad football out there that you can at least get to respectability (playoffs) without a star QB. Now can you win a Super Bowl without one, sometimes but its hard. However, I'd wouldn't be thinking SB. I'd be thinking lets get back to relevancy. Best way to do that is build a team.

I'll just add that Winston threw 18 INT's last year and 28 over 2 seasons. He had 5 games last year where he threw multiple INT's. It completely blows me away when anybody says that he graded out that high. He either has some of the worst WR's EVER or he has bouts of inaccuracy and poor decision making. I'll bet on the latter and say that doesn't put him in the top 3.
