where do we drop to? I hope not below michigan or usc
I'd guess about 7 slots but could be more. We lost by Extra Points as a 2 pt dog on the road.
UCLA and UGA should drop worse than ND.
Miss had a much worse loss and should fall below ND ... "BUT THEY BEAT ALA".
Everybody from #9. LSU to #16. NW should move ahead of us, all unbeaten except 4-1 ALA who crushed UGA.
USC and SU won't jump ND BUT OKS could and CAL and UF are both 5-0 ... and then there's BIGs Iowa.
Maybe we flip flop with Clemson
I think we'll be around 15. I think a lot of undefeated teams will jump up after what happened this weekend... I expect to see Northwestern, etc. ahead of us.
17. Notre Dame (6). The Irish's late comeback vs. Clemson fell just short, and suddenly Notre Dame's resume looks a little ... overinflated. Texas? Not so hot. Virginia? Hoo boy. Georgia Tech? A disaster. The Irish were dominant enough against the Longhorns and Jackets and competitive enough against Clemson that it's reasonable to assume they're a good team, but a steep drop might be in the offering anyway.
6. Clemson (12). Six spots for a two-point home win? When that win came over an undefeated Notre Dame and (as above) the other options aren't any more inspiring, why not?
F**k that guy. Who has USC beaten? They lost to the only decent-good team they've played this year and that was at home. And really...who has Staford beaten other than a USC team with an "overinflated resume."Tomorrow's Top 25 Today: Major shakeup as four top-10 teams go down

Hinnen drops ND 11 spots behind USC and Stanford.
Overinflated? A 2 pt dog on the road in the rain losing by extra points to the udfeated team that's jumping up 6 slots for their victory ... over an "inflated" ND.
Interesting logic.
That's not his point. The overinflated comment refers to the fact that we thought Georgia Tech was really good and that Texas and Virginia had a chance to be decent. I think our drop this week will have as much to do with how pathetic our "signature wins" are starting to look than how we played against Clemson.Overinflated? To demonstrate how flawed the system is, TAMU got a first place vote....
... and OSU still got 38.

Honestly idk how much better we could have hoped for. There are still tons of head to head matchups between teams ahead of us. I think we control our own destiny.

We haven't beaten anyone. If we beat USC we'll be in the top 10. The rest really doesnt matter
