They're coaching in those???
Can't say either way. The tweet said, players are getting snapbacks... coaches get these. Or something along those lines.

That gif is incredible ^^^^^
Fact. My wife posted it on Facebook it was that good.
another question i have related to next week: what's the team's agenda for after the game? will they board a plane asap and head out to get home??
i'm a little worried about a hangover/jet lag feel for next week against purdue. imo the sooner they get home the better.

Don't know the agenda but I do know about traveling back and forth from NY to Ireland. When I was a teenager we'd fly over every summer to visit family. The jet lag only affected me for one to two days max.
These guys are young, healthy and plenty active. They will prob get back ASAP and have no problem catching sleep.. I don't see why 18-21 yr old athletes would have a problem bouncing back.
i read on one of the SBT pages (I think it was dealing with what the equipment manager is going through) that they have a flight back 60 minutes after the game. So it sounds like a really quick turn around.
But I wouldn't be opposed to seeing Diaco running up and down the sidelines in one.
Plus it is the home opener against Purdue. If you can't get jacked for that then sit your a$$ on the pine!

I wouldn't want to see Diaco's magnificent mane obscured by a hat.
I heard the NCAA is forcing Diaco to coach up in the box due to his mane causing distraction for opposing teams, coaches and fans.

I'll worry about Purdue next week. (OK, "worry" may be overstating it.)
Lets deal with Navy first.
I've flown across the Atlantic a dozen times and the "lag" going over there [i.e. against the time clock] was always worse to adjust to than the almost non-lag coming back. Clock reset for me amounted to nothing but just some extra sleep.
Well, according to the SportsNation poll they just showed, 60% of the nation thinks we get less than 7 wins this year. Time to stun the nation!
idiots.
Dude we're just homers...
Lol.
Good read, I was curious about the logistics of the trip.
But who the hell is Matin Teo? lmao
Bump.
In an effort to try and compare what we see in the short preseason clips to what actually comes to fruition during the season, I started looking back through last year's fall camp thread. Some of it is quite funny (Chris Salvi starting against Navy, freaking out over no Cierre Wood sightings), and some is sad (Davante Neal gone), while still other thoughts are spot on. All in all, I think it helps temper expectations or rather adjust them a little to be more realistic. I was also looking for a comparison between the 2 teams as well. Interested to see what everyone thinks of the comparisons.
did anyone suggest we would go to the national championship last year?
