Throwing another player under the bus....

How is that throwing him under the bus? He could have easily fair caught the ball or let it bounce into the endzone like all the other punt returners do. That has been taught what, since middle school?

Fair is fair and BK has thrown players under the bus before but this is warranted.

Yep. Thank you for confirming. I think Fink should take majority of punts going forward.

i like sanders and what he can bring in terms of returns, shifty and speed but HE has caused at least 3 Turnovers on special teams this year...he should have caught this ball that hit pride, should have been a LOT closer on the against MSU in which Boykin would have heard him and then of course the botched ball against miami
Throwing another player under the bus....

throwing a player under the bus vs holding them accountable???

"To throw (someone) under the bus" is an idiomatic phrase in American English meaning to sacrifice a friend or ally for selfish reasons---BK spoke the truth and nothing more

Yes I agree, like Sanders return ability, but need someone more reliable on punts.

Let Sanders continue to return kickoffs. Let Finke return punts for the remainder of this year.

Yes
I assumed it was, but that is why we need to use italics. A lot of people on here…including me...cannot tell all the time and take some things out of context.
Unfortunately I don't have italics on Tapatalk.

I was referring to your constant negativity. Sarcastic or not, it sucks. I love ya as a fellow fan but just some insight, clean up your attitude bro.

It's the season this year for me. It's been rough on me. And to add to it, I live in the mitten where they haven't lost.

Not sure if it's been shared anywhere else, but Troy has been cleared to run track in the spring. ISD reported it a couple days ago and I just now saw it on their website. He's not sure which events he'll do, but it should not affect spring ball.

Any word on the severity of his leg injury? Hamstring?

Perhaps a redshirt is in order, as long as Watkins and Crawford are healthy?

For a hamstring?

Nagging injury for a dude that hangs his hat on speed, plus the fact that he needs the most work out of the three sophomore CB's...

But if the hammy gets back to 100% quickly, then he probably needs to be active, for special teams depth if nothing else.

Just spitballing

He was going through the defensive walk thru this evening so I don't think it is too severe

Just curious, where are you seeing it described as a nagging injury? Last I heard, he was competing at a high level as a sprinter.
