Celebrating after a play, 2 years in a row this happens, you can't make this shit up...wow. Sickening.

Yeah, I'm in the "we're cursed" side of the argument now.

You simply cannot make this stuff up. We deserve better, Shaun deserves better.

Stay strong Shaun.

How fast can Watkins return.

Remember when I was concerned with CB depth after Butler and Watkins were out. And you all said we were fine and had plenty of depth. Well you all were wrong. SMDH

Not sure if it was celebrating. I think he was more jumping up and down in anger at Studstill for not playing the deep middle. Crawford obviously expected him there and he was no where to be seen.

Yeah, but can you diagnose it that fast?

A torn Achilles tendon would send the calf muscle into a crazy spot in the leg.. He would have been in a lot of pain.. If It's the heel, ya we are at a weakness or vulnerable point.

Ok I didn't catch that...regardless, still a non-contact season ending injury. Just unreal. Poor kid.

Also can be very very difficult to recover from.

Could it be a partial tear?

Doubtful, they probably would've called it a sprain. I partially tore mine at ND and the trainer knew immediately just from me pointing at the area of pain, so I guess it's possible.

Damn, talk about bad luck. Let's hope our young corners grow up fast.

Very good news and very quick recovery. Hope he can stay healthy from here on out. One of my favorites on the team.

Great news. Elko would be pleased. Probably the most talented D back he will have worked with.

How much of a baller is this kid? Misses basically two seasons with different debilitating leg injuries and immediately becomes a difference maker.
