There was an update posted earlier today on BGI about Ryan. Basically Josh Newberg talked to his dad and he said that the family has decided to not decide anytime soon. Will release a Top 10 after he visits UF this weekend and FSU next.

IMO Green is a very emotional kid that would have popped already if it wasn't for his family reigning him in. I am actually glad. His dad, Vadar, is doing a great job slowing everything down and establishing that once he commits everything is getting shut down. I think that is how recruiting should be handled.

Newberg also thinks that the longer the process drags on, the better it looks for in state programs (UF and FSU).

Sapp did mention that he thought we are still leading, even after the Newberg update fwiw.

Lastly, I apologize if anyone has posted this... but Ryan has his own website.

Doubt they're a serious player. They have 2 RBs already committed and both are in the top 10 RBs on 247 and in the top 3 RB/APB on Rivals. He'd be a fool to consider them.

My favorite part was the reason why it stood out. Going into the visit he had a lot of questions about the academics and he came away satisfied with what they told him.

As someone with degrees from both ND and FSU, I feel rather uniquely qualified to comment on this. FSU academics are largely a joke.
