Two points:

1) Obviously you don't (or the author) know much about the economics of dispensaries. Legal weed is much more expensive than street weed. Often more than twice the price. Demand isn't going to increase because of availability, it would only increase because of people getting educated on it and the stigma going away. It's also safer, as its regulated and not coming over stuffed up the asses of livestock.

2) I don't give two shits how many people use it. Because it's safe and far less damaging to society than currently legal drugs like liquor, painkillers and tobacco.

1) Yea, got me there. I don't know much about pricing...
Rand is pretty reputable, so its not like I pulled it out of some Mothers against weed propaganda. If they are wrong so be it, but the greater point was that consumption will increase...so maybe not through pricing, but certainly through expansion of legalization.

2) I wouldn't argue much...except to say "less damaging" does not mean it is without issues.

I am not against legalization...but I do think that legal vending should support those 9%...in order for that to happen people need to admit there is a 9%. And yea, I wish there were taxes on alcohol to support its social impacts....and I'm not even a liberal.

Max is such a jack ass. All you had to do was not smoke pot for a few months. Dumb. Dumb dumb.
As far as marijuana being addictive goes.... I would love to meet a weed addict.

Now cheese .... on the other hand.....that is straight up a killer and addictive. I dont see that on any drug list.

Don't say I never did anything for ya...you can log on and meet one whenever ya want...:)

The munchies make me eat Cheetos and I get cheese powder over everything. It is causing me anxiety.

I need help but there just aren't resources for me.

you are anxious because you are married and have an orange dick...

help for that too.

Redfield Moves on to Plan C | Inside the Irish

I understand that he can make the argument that he was wronged in some way (though I wouldn't agree). But dude kind of seems like a hater in general haha.

I made it clear I wanted to get my degree as fast as possible in three years flat … and potentially get drafted after my junior year because I thought I had that ability and that potential...

Often [the coaches] would make it very explicit they didn’t think it was best for me, even if it was maybe. It obviously wasn’t the best for their agenda and what they wanted for me.

I don’t think I’ve ever been more excited for a football game. Obviously, the hype around Ohio State was incredible. Playing Ezekiel Elliott was something I was looking forward to for a while. I thought he was overhyped to a certain extent, although he was a great running back.

Said the NFL scout

Not sure he's much of an ND fan . . .

But do you really think the NFL would take much of a look at Max?

Remember before the off field incidents dominated.

The kid just naturally was the slowest to react to the situation that we had.

Wow, I am exactly saying any NFL scout will spend less time evaluating Max then they spend contemplating quantum mechanics.

Just curious if it is possible to get the last word in, btw.

I'm sorry, I wish you would have just said that! It would have cracked me up!

And I would have replied, "Or learning Mandarin!"

So about the by the way : 'Prolly not. Nahh, not so much, really!'

Maybe Redfield was USC's Manchurian Candidate?

NFL would look at my deceased grandmother if they thought she could cover. He'll get an UFA look. Will he stick? Probably not.

I think he'll play himself into being a late draft pick, simply by having good measurables and being on the field for another year.

Well your deceased grandmother has that over Max. There's really not much speculating on Max's cover ability.

Hmph. Seems consistent with some of the other kids that have broken the rules and gotten the boot. Davaris Daniels complained a bit how he was unfairly treated I think. No respect for Max here. He should have taken the high road. He thought it was unfair that he was the upperclassman (With a previous record of screw ups) and was the one to get the boot? It was also his gun that was found, was it not? Just shows the lack of leadership on his part, and the poor decision making. I'm glad he focused on his studies so hard while in school, I don't see him lasting that long in the Pros.

It was not Max Redfield's gun and many around the program knows who it belongs too. He took the fall for it so I understand why he is frustrated. I'm not backing him up and saying he got treated unfairly because that's not true. I love Max Redfield and have never been so excited to land a recruit, I hope he learns from his mistakes and I think he has.

I thought that article was very mature and he didn't point the finger at anybody but himself. Look forward to watching him next year and get a shot at the NFL. His upside is ridiculous and measurables for a safety are off the charts. Clearly wasn't always focused on football but I love Max and appreciate what he gave to ND for three years. Why he didn't redshirt is still beyond me he really only played in one game and the rest is special teams. But BK and making questionable red shirt decisions is just another fault the man has. Take Khalid Kareem and Julian Okwara for examples this season.

Max's biggest accomplishment is that he's in a battle for biggest bust (most overrated recruit) of the Kelly era, with Ishaq Williams, and maybe Gunner Kiel and Aaron Lynch, if you look at just what they did while at ND.

Its funny to consider that our football team, last year, would've been better off, having recruited 2 3 star S's, instead of Max during the 2013 cycle.

Good for him to get his degree, but he provided very little for the football program.

What this football team needs, is substantially less, Max Redfields of the world.
