He's currently up at Nike's The Opening Camp struttin' his stuff with the big dawgs. I think he's only one of three juniors that were invited to the camp.

Rated an early 5 star by 247.

Vitals: Offensive tackle, Lake City (Fla.) Columbia, 6-6/265

Why he’s a five-star: Unlike most offensive linemen on the high school level, Tunsil is a well-put-together prospect with very little bad weight, long arms and an ideal frame, Already Tunsil has dominated players much older than him both in pads on Friday nights and in camp settings as well. Tunsil is a prototypical left tackle prospect that has all the tools to be a dominating pass protector.

Recruitment: Tunsil named Florida State as his leader following a recent visit to Tallahassee, noting among other factors his draw to the tough coaching style of Rick Trickett. However, Tunsil has a coast-to-coast offer list from the likes of USC, Notre Dame and many more.

ESPN Insider

On The Trail Blog - ESPN

Loved his visit to Florida and got to see more of the campus and facilities.

Talked to Coach Muschamp. He told him they need him. That they have a lot of talent but if they had him they would be complete.

Got a chance to talk to their new Oline coach and really liked him.

Florida, Georgia, LSU, Alabama and Michigan are the frontrunners.

---for Michigan he likes the Oline coach, watches their games all the time and likes how the line is played.

Likely wait for National Signing Day.

"USC, LSU, Alabama, Florida, Georgia and Michigan are schools that I am focused on right now," Tunsil told Rusty Mansell of Dawgs247.com.

Could be spite, or could get interesting. I remember they had their class materialize into a beast right at the end that year.

Ole Miss had the most blatantly paid for class in recent memory, which is saying something. Whole program stinks like s*it.

Surprised this type of thing doesn't happen more often... when teams over sign... find it strange that more kids or famalies don't call out illegal practices for "payback"

Dang.... Step Dad gets azz whooped and sees $$$ signs and he's gonna get paid. You had to think there was all kinds of wrong going on with that class. Time to post a Michael Jackson popcorn meme and watch the show.

So you get beat up by your stepson... what do you do?

You tell everyone you can about his improper benefits and violations, throwing him and his school under the bus!

I love college football.

Nothing is going to happen. The NCAA has no teeth and balls.

Right now I don't think there is any hard evidence that Tunsil's stepdad did anything wrong. I might be wrong on this, and something new might've popped up since the story broke, but initially the only thing pointing towards any wrongdoing was Ole Miss's statement that Tunsil had assaulted his stepdad "in defense of his mother"... which could be a total fabrication.

We do know three things at this point:
1) He assaulted his stepfather. There is physical evidence of that.
2) He was with agents. This is not in and of itself a violation.
3) The NCAA interviewed his stepfather for hours regarding other alleged violations.

So what is more likely? Tunsil came home and assaulted his stepfather for pushing his mother... or Tunsil came home and his stepfather got on his case and he got mad and assaulted him? I don't know.
