Going to be one hell of a week for the Nittany Lions when they land Reeves on Friday. And then what happens with Mahone? Spence? Jones?

They could potentially put together a pretty baller class.

Glad he's going to Happy Valley. Would have loved to have had him in an Irish uniform, but good luck to this kid regardless.

1. I'm happy for the kid. I felt really bad for him when this all went down.

2. I'm not sure how much it helps Penn State with guys we are chasing that they are taking our leftovers. If it were you, wouldn't you want to be with the team that was telling guys "no"? It is like being invited to a club or party or whatever that was hard to get into, and choosing between going to that place and the place everyone goes to when they turned away at the door of the good place.

I'm just glad that he's going to PSU in lieu of scUM. I can tolerate Joe Pa more easily than the azz-wipes in skunbear land!

If you are a 17 or 18 year old who would have a positive affect on your recruitment? Schutt or Darby, for example?

Coach Kelly, and company.

Young men are subject to influence. Most need a mentor to guide them as to how to behave as they seek praise and guidance.

For some, it's a drill sargeant. Others have excellent examples in fathers and grandfathers. But for a significant portion of our country's young men these days, if it isn't the military, it's coach.

A lot of young men need good role models.

Coach Kelly and company are great examples.

One step further. To add on. Honesty. People like to talk about how great so and so is at this or that. Kelly and his staff are honest. And honesty is KING. (That is why we have a Lynch, Tuitt and Williams this year.)
