Interested to see Olesh play this week. I played hs ball in the league he is in but was a 6'2 TE/H Back that went to Colgate. There is not much competition for someone his size. They play the best team in the league this week though that went to the state championship last year for their size school but still do not have athletes of his level. They are just a hard hitting and well coached football team. They beat Olesh's team 42-13 last year. Usually kids of his offer caliber are playing at the Parkland, Nazareth, Easton, Whitehall or Bethlehem/Central Catholic schools of the area. Just for reference most defenders he faces on defense are very sub 6'0.

He does it solely because of enjoyment he gets from the reaction of ND fans. Just ignore the little bitch and don't give him the time of day. By responding to him you are bringing him joy and feeding the fire
I can't help it sometimes. It's too easy to point out how bad Michigan sucks after they got caught cheating lol

QB Carter Smith just decommitted. Wonder what that means in regards to Bryce Underwood, or if he was already looking around. Clemson seems to be the favorite.

Either way if everyone is saying they want to pay a QB $4m and you aren’t getting that call, it’s probably time to bolt before they get their $4m man from somewhere even if not Underwood

Dude's got comparable ratings and jawline to Blake Hebert, so that tracks.

They basically told him on his visit they’re going after Underwood. I don’t think he wanted to wait and see if they got him.

Unfortunately, I think they flip Underwood and grab some additional high profile recruits shortly after. I think Underwood will be the first domino to fall.

We all know that’s not going to happen. Even if NCAA tries, Michigan will take them to court and it will take forever to get settled.
There's zero chance Michigan takes them to court. You think they want to go through discovery on this? That's why they pulled their lawsuit against the Big10 last year.

And this case is not like UNC or Penn State where the threat of a lawsuit was that the NCAA was overstepping their bounds given UNC academics are governed by an accreditation body and Penn State's issues were criminal. Michigan's infractions are strictly related to overstepping NCAA regulations; they don't have much recourse here.

If they get Underwood. Their class will be 6,7 or better. Some big time dudes will go with him.

If Michigan takes it to court, the Big Ten will just step in and provide their own punishment. You think the other teams want to set the precedent that Michigan owns the conference? Not a chance

Not sure why the NCAA is dragging so much feet on this one. Proof is in the pudding and it has been a year since the story broke...

They provided Michigan with a list of allegations and Michigan has 90 days to respond. They aren't dragging their feet, they simply have to wait the 90 day period
Do you know when the 90 day countdown started? Sorry been out of the loop on this one

The NCAA has sent their Notice of Allegations to Michigan and now scUM has 90 days (set to expire the week of the Ohio State game) to respond. Depending on the response their might be another month or two before anything is officially announced. However the current scuttlebutt is that Michigan might be willing to settle with the NCAA in order to start their clock now, since this is a lost season already.

I expect to be extremely disappointed in the result. I don't think the NCAA has the balls to vacate their season and bring the hammer.

It's been said before and I'll say it again: The irony here would be hilarious. Self-report academic issues - VACATE THE WINS!

Literally caught cheating on the field and spying on teams to gain a major schematic advantage: slap on the wrist.

His 2nd flip. Wait for the trifecta after the NCAA hammers their lame asses!

Can't believe it, but I think we have to hope for a scUM victory on Saturday. Knocking off IU would be very nice for ND's chances to host a playoff game.

I don't know if I can do it.

Never.
If IU losing was the only way we get in, maybe.
But IU has nothing to do with ND if we go 11-1. Especially this early in the rankings.

Michigan losing is on the same level as the USSR losing, Bin Laden losing, Nazi’s losing, etc… Fuck them always.

They still have the Buckeyes on their schedule.
