The Fallout series on Amazon is pretty good. We're only 3 eps in, but I like it. FO 1 and 2 are my favorite games ever and they've done a good job with it so far.

The Fallout series on Amazon is pretty good. We're only 3 eps in, but I like it. FO 1 and 2 are my favorite games ever and they've done a good job with it so far.

I'm the same as you. Fallout 1, 2, and New Vegas are my favorites in the series. I've been pretty disappointed with what Bethesda has done on their own with the IP, and I've been more disappointed with each new project. I had low expectations going into the show as a result, but I've been pleasantly surprised.

They've stuck to the source material, and the set designs have been very good I thought. The acting isn't superb, but it's adequate for what it is. I think the story has been decent. They've done an excellent job writing a love letter to the fans with the Easter Eggs and references, but they've written the show in such a way that someone can watch and enjoy without needing to play the games previously. They haven't shied away from the gore aspect of the setting, and I'm honestly a bit surprised at the edgey-ness of the show. I thought they might dial a few things back, but they haven't really. I'm 4 episodes in myself, and I'm going to reserve full judgement till the first season is finished, but so far I've been fairly pleased.

I guess the director is the same one that did Westworld, which was also well received by fans. Never saw that, but I think he's done a great job with this show so far.

I stopped reading/collecting in the late 80's.

The Doom I know is everything. He's way more intelligent than Stark, has a more advanced armor, has as much magic as Dr Strange, can time travel, conquerors gods, worlds, dimensions, immortals, and was born a gypsy.

He was in school with Reed Richards when his dark magic experiments blow up and mangled his face. He blames Richards for the accident because he's too arrogant to even consider it was his own fault.

The guy hasn't cracked a joke in 65 years and finds insult with every word spoken to him.
The exact opposite of MCU Iron Man in every way.
I'm not sure RDJ can pull it off unless they go the route you suggested.

This is called desperation. Marvel wanted to find a way to get RDJ back because of shitty box office returns other than the new Deadpool. This whole multiverse saga has been a huge disappointment so far.

Here I was hoping someone would tell me if Deadpool was worth a shit or not. I don't find the trailers that engaging. Disney has FUBAR'd so many IPs I have my doubts about taking DP to the next level.

Just bought a Deadpool pinball machine to fix up - hoping the movie is a big hit to reinvigorate the resale value after I clean/fix it up. It is comic based, no movie.

Saw it today. That shit was hilarious. I agree with that, but I also don't care when it comes to these movies. They aren't Academy Award winners, I just want to have some fun when I'm watching them.

I put it in movies you have seen recently thread. It was amazing. Absolutely hilarious and if you are into the Wolverine they gave him his balls back. I think it ruined all future Marvel movies for me. I thought they nailed it. I loved the first 2 Deadpool movies and thought this was even better.
