Hot take...In & Out Burger is nothing special. I've lived in Nashville my whole life and this news got a bit of buzz around here. So did Whataburger, but that shit is just orange Sonic.

In & Out is the place you go to so you can post on social media and have all your friends tell you how lucky you are.

I moved to NM 9 years ago and I can’t stand Whataburger. I didn’t know it was so popular until someone told me there was this In & Out and Whataburger thing. Made me dislike it even more

I’ve never been far enough west to try In-N-Out, but I’ve been to Fort Walton Beach and had Whataburger. I thought it was really good, as far as fast food burgers go. Just a notch below Five Guys. The spicy ketchup is elite, though.

I’m a fan of 5 guys. Not sure why all the hate it gets. Must be the price.

Yep. I also find it hilarious how all sides of the green Chile thing insist growing the exact same pepper on the right side of an imaginary line mutates it into a completely different pepper

The Burger Lounge is pretty tasty here in So Cal. Grass fed beef patties. Really good BBQ sauce which I mix with the ranch for french fry dipping.

I tried 5 Guys twice and would never go back. Too darn greasy for my taste. Most of the Shake Shacks are closing out here which I only tried once and was underwhelmed.

My opinion is the absolute worst way to eat a potato is in tot form.

Were all adults, tots are for, well tots. They almost always are cold and mushy on the inside and lack any level of flavor.

I prefer a well cooked tot to fries.
If you prepare it poorly, everything sucks.

Lately I’ve been slicing up a potato into thin chips and throw them in the air fryer. Last 3 minutes throw grated pepperjack on top. Can’t be beat

Shake Shack's chicken sandwich is an all time sandwich. Their burger is just fine and Five Guys dominates it in my opinion.

It’s not the price. It’s the buns that they use. They make for an unnecessarily sloppy burger. If they fixed that, it’d be pretty good.

You could be right. There was a place here in Las Cruces NM that made their own buns and the Burgers were the best in town.

If we're talking best way to prepare potatoes from scratch it's silver dollars and it isn't that close. Tater tots are greasy little balls of trash. Waffle fries are usually pretty meh. A straight-up french fry, salty and on the thin side, is hard to beat.
