He reminds me truly of either a taller Christian Kirk or a percy harvin. I do not see the will fuller comparison

I like this comparison along with Diggs. He is just so dynamic in the return game.

My inexpert opinion that is probably totally off:

Watching the Army AA game, his kickoff returns reminded me a bit of GAIII. He didn't seem to have a whole lot of side-to-side wiggle at top speed, but you don't really need to display that on wide open kickoff returns, either.

Watching his highlights, he reminds me of a much more natural version of GAIII. A littttttle stiff in the hips at top speed, but he has a much more natural feel for deceleration/acceleration to make cuts, and much better vision to see cutbacks across the field. He also runs through contact very naturally.

Basically, I watch his film and see the version of GAIII that we all hoped for.

I agree he's not a side to side guy which is why I personally do not see Percy Harvin.

Not nearly as physical. Diggs had the most physical high school WR tape I've seen since I started following recruiting.

I will tell you, I was very impressed with Diggs rookie season with the Vikes. He looks to be a special player for them.

He's SOOOOOOOO fast. He doesn't look like he's straining and he flies by people and they just give up. WOW.

He's like Golden Tate, in that his HS coach wisely decided not to throw to him, but just to hand it to him 95% of the time.

Good comparison to Diggs, I wanna say I made that earlier in this thread but don't feel like going through it. So I'm glad someone else sees his game very similar. The whole country would have known Diggs if he didn't play at freaking Maryland

I am not sure I agree. He has the ability to be a 1st round draft pick at cornerback and if I was him, that's where I would have steered my career. However, he is such a damn good WR prospect, it might not really matter.

At The Opening, very few players are ever allowed to go both ways, but Robertson was going both ways much of the week. He is rated the #1 athlete in the country so a reason and his ability to project at WR/CB is one of them.

He has the ability to turn his hips and like you said he can accelerate in and out his breaks with ease. I do agree that he doesn't have Reggie Bush or Theo Riddick agility, but his vision is great and obviously combine that with elite speed you have something special.

GA3 had to almost come to a complete stop to change direction and Robertson is no where in that league.

Georgia is legitimately out for Robertson? So down to us and Bammer.

Yes, he also mentioned this over the weekend and I must have missed it. Only thing is he plans on retaking the SAT on Saturday so I don't know how he is gonna be at Bama and taking a test at the same time.

I wonder if he's really retaking the SAT this weekend. If he is, he must still be trying to get to Stanford. I'm guessing that's old news, no offense.

So if this kid does in fact sign with Notre Dame, what happens to the offense? They cannot afford to keep his athleticism and speed on the sideline, especially with the departure of Will Fuller. Torii Hunter seems to be the only guarantee to start at WR while ESB and CJ Sanders are probably the favorites to be the other starters but Demetris would no doubt be nipping at their heels. There is already so much damn potential with the receivers we have now, adding an elite talent like this kid would be incredible.

He will start with St. Brown, Hunter and Drob

Does anyone else see this as a red flag? I mean he's already good for admission to ND and Bama, so only reason to take it again would be Stanford, no? Even if he pops for ND, do we have to worry about 11th hour admission to Stanford?

My guess is D-Rob is instantly slotted in to Fuller's spot, with St. Brown rotating in there as well. More of an actual rotation, unlike last year where Fuller never left the field.

Gives us A LOT of flexibility at WR. We can go big or small or any combination. St. Brown, Boykin, Robinson, Claypool and Jones provide size and Hunter, Sanders and D-Rob provide insane speed and elusiveness.

We are athletic as fuck at wide receiver

Dang...

McKinley can't even get a mention over a Canadian who should get redshirted and a guy who's still 110% Wolverine.

Welcome to Javon's bulletin board fellas.
